You will have the opportunity to stay in the entire 2bed/1bath apartment (not shared) which includes:
- 2 Queen beds
- 65 in. 4K TV
- Standing working desk and chair provided
- Fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans, toaster, coffee machine, bowls/cups, utensils)
- One assigned parking spot and plenty of free street parking
- No in-unit washer/dryer, but there is a laundromat within 500 feet of the building
- Within 5 min drive of Walmart, Safeway
- Within 2 miles of Westfield Valley Fair, Santana Row, Pruneridge Golf Club
- Within 3 miles of Santa Clara Valley Medical Center

* ABSOLUTELY NO parties of ANY KIND allowed (There are noise sensors within the property. If strong noise levels are detected for too long, or elevated noise levels detected past 10pm, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the reservation and keep the security deposit. Police will be called if needed)
* No shoes inside the property.
* No tampering with outdoor cameras or indoor noise sensors
* No smoking of ANY KIND
* No burning anything inside or outside of the home, including candles/ incense.
* No loud noise or music past 10 pm
* Check-in is anytime after 5pm
* Check-out is anytime before 10am
* No Extra Overnight Guests (We have security cameras on the exterior of the property. If there are more guests than stated in your reservation that stay overnight, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
* No Mail or Packages Delivered here
* No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified)
* No Pre-Check in Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
* No Disrespecting/Disturbing neighbors
* No parking in front of neighbors properties or in their assigned spot
* Do not move any of the furniture or décor. Do not put coffee grounds or large food scraps in the sink. All food items should be scraped into the trash.
* Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the home during their stay (i.e. wiping up spills, taking out garbage/recycling in appropriate bins).

These rules allow us to continue sharing this lovely home for everyone to experience.
