This well-reviewed and well-established gorgeous 8th-floor sunset condo, is located in Daytona's most prestigious condominium - Ocean Vistas. You and your family can spread out in over 2100 square feet of living space and over 350 square feet of outdoor balcony space!
You will enter the elegant condo through the double doors, and into the foyer that has a rotunda ceiling. From the entryway, you have a view of the stunning dining room.
To the right of the foyer, is a hall that leads to the guest suite. This bedroom has two full sized beds, dresser, a 55" Roku-powered TV, nightstand table with charging station, closet, and access to the wraparound balcony. There is also a private door to the second on-suite bathroom.
The condo's spacious kitchen is fully loaded. It features all white furniture grade cabinetry, black granite countertops, glass-tile backsplash, stainless steel GE Profile & Bosch appliances. It has a large island with a secondary sink. There is a pantry with plenty of shelving for storage. This beautiful kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay.
Just off the kitchen, is a large laundry room with a full size Samsung washer and dryer. No need to overpack when you can clean your laundry at your convenience.
The dining room boasts a gorgeous high-top table for four. There are two additional bar stools nearby for the kitchen bar-counter. The dining room opens to the living room, which contains a beautiful gray leather sectional couch situated around a large wall-mounted 65" Roku-powered TV. There is sliding door access to the large wraparound balcony from the living room and both bedrooms.
The primary bedroom has an office desk nook, king size bed with a premium Purple branded mattress, two dressers, two nightstands with charging stations, 58" Roku-powered TV, and large walk-in closet. The private primary bathroom includes a his/her vanity, large walk-in deluxe resort shower, and a garden tub.
The huge wrap-around balcony (350sf) has magnificent 8th-floor views of the sunset, the Halifax River, and Daytona's nightlife. You can sit back and enjoy it all from the pair of comfortable patio chairs or high-top table and four chairs. There is also an electric Weber grill located on the patio for outdoor cooking.
As Daytona's most luxurious condo building - Ocean Vistas offers the following amenities:âš
- Huge 70 foot long heated pool and large pool deck located right above the beach.
- Full size Oceanfront fitness center with a sauna.
- Full size Oceanfront social room with commercial ice machine, library, and billiard table.

- Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities.

Ocean Vista Association requires that all rental guests are provided with an introductory tour of the building on arrival and prior to hand off of building access keys and parking tags.

LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. âš** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50âš** 12am+: $100
PARKING:âš Two covered parking spots are provided in the underground garage with a 6â7 clearance. (One parking spot is reserved with unit number. The other spot is unmarked). No trailers are permitted. If your vehicle is oversized, you will need to research other areas to park.
PETS:âšPet fees apply. One pet, max of âš20 pound weight limit. âšNo aggressive breeds.âš You'll need to provide proof of up-to-date vet records showing current vaccinations. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be on leash in the common areas. There is a 1/2 acre fenced in dog walk area located on the north side of the building and unfenced dog walk area on the south side of the building.
SECURITY CAMERAS DISCLOSURE:
There is a combination doorbell / camera located on the outside of the entry door of the unit. The building also has security cameras in the common areas such as hallways, the lobby, and the parking garages.
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $100 to replace. Note that key fobs are not waterproof.
A starter kit of household items is provided: trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bath soap. Beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers are available for use at no additional charge.
