Welcome to your dream vacation rental, right on the river! This stunning property boasts breathtaking views from the upstairs living room, as well as easy access to the water from downstairs. With its own private dock, you can spend your days swimming, fishing or just relaxing by the river. The property is located in a gated community, ensuring your privacy and security throughout your stay. Brand new L shape dock!

This spacious vacation rental includes a fully equipped kitchens and another kitchen downstairs, perfect for enjoying family meals or hosting events with friends. With five bedrooms (3 Kings) and three bathrooms, this property comfortably sleeps up to twelve people, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends.

Experience the beauty of the river and unwind in this beautiful home, where every detail has been considered for your comfort and enjoyment. Come and experience all the charm and beauty this property and its surroundings have to offer!

While the garage is not accessible by guest, there's plenty of parking available in the drive way and an overflow parking area near the community entrance.

This is a great property with all of the amenities. The views are stunning of the river and the nearby parks. The dock is excellent and have enough room for all your toys. Easy in and getting out to the river. Lots of room for everyone and a great modern kitchen. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect riverfront home and host

This place is awesome. Super crispy, clean everything you need is right there... Location on the river is superb. Rap around windows ensures that you see everything up and down river.. Sunsets are beautiful... Large, well stocked kitchen... Spacious, comfortable living room...5 bedrooms.Bathrooms for everyone... Downstairs game room with its own kitchen is large and comfy with a pool table and wide view of the river that leads to the patio and dock. The barbecue served us well.. Lots of chairs Everywhere, decks and docs a place for everyone to sit. This place has its OWN launching ramp!!!... We had 4 cars and 4 trailers , and they all fit.... If needed, there's trailer parking about a block away. So no need to worry... My favorite was the surprise in the master bathroom. But you'll have to stay there to experience that.. The only bad thing is , i'm not there now... Looking forward to staying there again.

The house was perfect for our extended family of 10. The house stayed very cool in the heat of the summer and everyone had a nice bed. The pool table downstairs also added some unexpected fun. We used the grill every night and brought our own boat and jet skis. The house is right on the main channel which lends itself to beautiful views.

This is our second time in this house. It's got a great location and great view. Kitchen is better stocked than a lot of places we've stayed. We wish the dock had cleats and the A/C was easier to control but overall, a really great house.

Awesome place to stay!

9 of us went for a mini holiday! Awesome thank you. House is big, room for all, kitchen was very well equiped (listing doesn't give enough information everything you could want was there) huge dining room, living room, beds are very comfortable. Everyone had a great time. Decks were awesome to sit an watch the water and boats. Pool table in basement was a hit. Definitely will rent this unit again.

Super rad!

Fantastic Large dual floor home with great entertainment options. We had a ton of fun fishing, swimming and boating. Everyone had their own room with beds to spare. Comfy furniture, large modern kitchen with everything we needed. Boat ramp was in great shape as well as the dock and patio area both upstairs and down. Thank you!
