La péninsule de Pointe Waterfront House dans Moovalya Clés

La maison est situĂ©e dans une communautĂ© fermĂ©e oĂč les maisons sont sur les canaux qui sortent de la riviĂšre Colorado. Il est idĂ©alement situĂ© sur le canal principal qui se connecte Ă  la riviĂšre. Il est Ă  la croisĂ©e des canaux crĂ©ant un grand corps de l'eau en face de la maison. Cela fait pour faciliter les manƓuvres des bateaux. Un trĂšs grand patio et enveloppement Ă©norme autour de quai font pour la vie extĂ©rieure plus agrĂ©able. Vitesse de 5 mph dans les canaux font pour nager en toute sĂ©curitĂ© Ă  la maison et d'amarrage sĂ©curitaire pour les bateaux. Le 'quai 120 est privĂ©e et appartient Ă  la maison. Il y a 60 'sur un cĂŽtĂ© et 40' sur l'autre de l'espace utilisable pour l'amarrage.

Perfect location and very nice patio setup!

We've been coming to the keys for years and this is now one of our favorite spots! It's perfect easy access from the river if you have a boat. The house is perfectly situated for entertaining. They did have all the amenities for cooking. Beds were fairly comfortable but definitely old. We would stay here again. It could be a great family house as well. The one down side is parking. Minimize the number of vehicles you bring!

Stayed for a golf tournament

Property was clean and check in/out was easy. Property could use a remodel (probably been a couple decades). TV was small and fireplace area was really wasted space (we never stepped foot into it). Maybe convert that into another bedroom. Patio area was great and plenty of dock space! Overall it was a nice place.

Hoping for Fabulous

Perhaps when it was built it was fabulous. Very run down. Doors wouldn't close among other things. Climate controls wouldn't work. Had to wear coat inside most of the time. When it warmed up outside - patio was great!

Great Home, Great Location

This house was awesome! It was clean, spacious, and had everything you could need for a fun week at the river. It's located in a great spot, easy access to the river and plenty of space for boats and toys. Kathy was easy to contact and very kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying at the Pointe!!

Get away on the water

It was wonderful to enjoy all of the outdoor space at Kathy’s point location in the keys. We were able to tie up our boat to jet skis, and still have plenty of room for the kids to play on the lolly pad while we were at folks floating by. The interior was great for our mixed group during down time-kids took one living room, grandparents watched tv in another and grownups sat in the kitchen with laptops and drinks!

Loved our Margaritaville!

This was the cutest Margaritaville get-away in Parker! We loved the Margaritaville feel with bedrooms on the left, 4 different seating areas on the right, including a LARGE kitchen island for sitting, eating or preparing. Large storage spaces in the kitchen and bedrooms. The fridge/freezer was great/new(er) with water and ice dispenser! A/C works great! The location is the best; 2 canals in from the River and you can see the river and communicate with others passing by since it's on the end of a key with LOTS of dock; beautiful, spacious patio, and views in all directions. The owner Kathy is an amazing communicator, and neighbors are wonderful! It was a perfect vacation for our family with young adult children with friends!

Loved this home!

This was a great choice for our family getaway. The home was very clean. Our favorite parts were the patio/deck and the large kitchen island. Great for our large group - there were 10 of us. This home was very comfortable. Plan to come back for sure!

I was born and raised in San Diego. We would go to the river near Yuma at Lake Martinez/ Fisher's Landing. We decided in 1990 that we wanted a house at the river but at that time you could only lease in that area. So we got in the car and started driving and trying to find a river house we could own. We found Moovalya Keys and fell in love. We put in an offer on a house that day. We spent all our free time there and our kids who were 2 and 4 grew up river rats. We proceeded to buy 2 more houses in Moovalya Keys. We loved the area and the people.
We loved the area so much that when I got remarried in 2005 I had the wedding at this house. My daughter followed suit and had her wedding there in 2017.
Although my kids are now grown and we don't make it out to the river as a family anymore. I still come out once a month to check on the houses (I also own Cape Cod #347964 which is right across the canal) and do maintenance and repairs. I have been a board member for the HOA since 2016 so I'm up to date on what is happening in the area.
I have been managing my houses since not long after we started renting them. Although we have tried using the real estate companies I preferred to handle the property management myself so I would know what kind of people were renting my houses. I have had some really great people rent my houses over the years and the majority of the people that rent from me have rented before and many come every year.

When we came out to the river all the time we stayed at Cape Cod #347964 which is right across the canal. We got to know the people that owned this house. They decided they wanted to buy a house on the river and we bought the house from them immediately. This house has the best location in Moovalya Keys.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This house has the best location in Moovalya Keys. Since it is on a peninsula you have water all around you when you're out on the patio. When you sit in the upper covered patio you can see down the main canal and get a breeze off of the water. The house is located where the main canal forks so you have a large body of water in front of the house. This makes maneuvering to the dock much easier and makes for quick and easy river access.
