Enjoyed the outdoor grill and well equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Also enjoyed the pool table for evening game time. Great deck for relaxing & great location on The Moovalya Keys. Roomy driveway for parking.

House was perfect. Beautiful set up inside and out. Showers were great. The kids really enjoyed the arcade games and pool table along with board games.

House is nice for a small group but the advertised tv situation is unacceptable. No mesh system. Router problems. Tv would not stay connected to the internet for more than 30 minutes. Complained to the property management company. They never responded. We have stayed at many homes in the keys but nothing has ever been as bad as this. I would recommend firing the management company - they are Completely non-responsive, and have a technician look at and repair the router and modem wiring connections. It is glitching constantly so the tv is effectively in-useable.

It was an amazing trip, and the house was fun to stay in. The only "negative " was how stict the parking enforcement is. I know there is a sign posted stating the parking rules, so the liability is on us, but to get a parking ticket for having the tire on the white line sucks. Nothing to do with house or the service, just shocking. Also, it seems that when the outside shower that is located next to the master bedroom is ran, the water must leak through the walls which causes the kitchen to flood.

Overall had an excellent stay at this property. The host kept in touch before and during the stay. The accommodations were as advertised, very clean and comfortable. Liked the pool table gaming area, the back patio was large and accommodating, and the parking was more generous than most places in the Keys.I would stay here in the future and recommend it to others.
