Récemment rénové, cet établissement offre tout le nécessaire pour une escapade et beaucoup d'espace pour tous vos jouets. Les caractéristiques comprennent un quai de 100 pieds, un grand patio, en plein air donnant sur le canal, et une rampe de lancement juste en face de la rue.

Perfect stay in The Keys

This house is beautiful! Tons of room for 4 couples to comfortably share the space and enjoy an epic weekend. Sabrina was lovely to communicate with. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. My favorite feature of the house is the patio where we all gathered to relax and watch the boats cruise by. 10/10 would recommend and we will absolutely be back!

Very nice home

This home is on the end and felt very private. Beautifully decorated, roomy & cozy. Views of the river from the kitchen and living/dining room area. TV’s in every bedroom. Although our parking passes were not at the home in the welcome binder, we didn’t need them because there was ample parking outside in the driveway area and although you have access to the garage there no garage remote so it was just easier for us to go through the front door so it was no big deal. Although we did not need to use, there was an extra refrigerator in the garage which is always nice if you need extra space. The large kitchen island made it easy to cook and function in the kitchen. The stove cooktop was intimidating at first however there were clear and concise3 step instructions in the drawer which made it easy to operate. The master bathroom where the toilet is doesn’t have a door and it was a bit awkward as you can’t close a door while using it however it had a curtain and wasn’t a deal breaker. Really close the community trash dump which made it easy to dump out trash. We had some issues day one however Sabrina was on it immediately and was very responsive since the booking. Issues were addressed and our family trip was smooth after that. Definitely one of the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with. An absolute doll. Book this home as you won’t be disappointed!!! Thanks again to Sabrina for making our trip awesome!

Great Spot in the keys

This house is gorgeous, has everything you need including a nice hang out patio area. all beds comfy. Location great on the corner so just one neighbor and extra parking. Had access to the garage which was helpful with 4 couples cars...also access to another fridge and washer dryer. host very helpful and friendly only thing to keep in mind is second bathroom is in the master we had all couples so 3 couples had to use one bathroom, we made it work would be less awkward for a family.

This house was perfect for our family get away! The house was so clean and spacious! Was even better in person! The huge dock space and patio was awesome to hang out on! Loved this vacation, we will for sure be back :)

You won't be disappointed!

For the river, this home has the best you can ask for with a large dock with a great patio and nice outdoor furniture. The inside of the house is wonderfully decorated and it was so clean that we walked around in white socks and the bottoms never got dirty. It has big windows with a great view of the channel. The beds were comfortable and rooms were good size too. It has a large TV that you can see while cooking, hanging out at the bar, sitting at the table and sitting in the living room. This is important because everyone was able to be together no matter what they were doing. We had a great time and will be back here for sure!

Modern Keys Gem

This property is awesome. Full garage access, ample parking, boat launch next door to house, 100ft dock!! The home is updated throughout, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could think of. There is even an additional fridge in the garage. Open floor concept, multiple seating areas inside and out. The AC is set to a certain temp but this house stayed so cool during the hot days. Fans in every room as well. All of the bedrooms had awesome blackout curtains which helped for a good nights rest and keeping the baby down for naps. We have stayed in the Keys for years and this house just checks all the boxes. Already locked in our next stay! Communication with property management and digital access was top notch.

I have always had a passion for traveling and exploring new places through food. Some of my favorite things include farmers markets, spending time with my family, and of course eating yummy food.

We have spent the last 5 years remodeling and upgrading this property so it feels like a home you don't want to ever leave.

This property is located inside the Moovalya Keys gated community.

So..... What makes this property unique?
-To start, it has 100+ feet of dock
-Parking in the garage
-It sits on a corner lot next to the entrance/exit to the Colorado River.
-The outside shaded patio is spacious and comfortable, providing more privacy than most homes in the Keys.
-Oversized BBQ with a side burner
-Open floor plan for entertaining
-HUGE kitchen island
-Extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage
-Sits across the street from the trailer parking lot.
-Oversized master bedroom that overlooks the canal
-New double head spa like shower and tub in master
-Two King and Two Queen size beds so everyone is comfortable

We would be absolutely thrilled if you choose to stay with us! We want you to enjoy your time soaking up the sun & having fun! As avid travelers ourselves, we have tried to stock the house with all the needed kitchen essentials, to create a comfortable stay for you, your family, and friends.
