Cozy apartment/house near downtown

Enjoyed our stay, great location, great host. Walking 5-10minutes brings you downtown with restaurants/stores. The place was comfortable and had everything one needs for even a more extended stay.

Nice for a couple and ONE vehicle! Parking is a challenge!

Location is on a busy and noisy street, near to an excellent Mexican restaurant! Close to town. Parking is limited. Couple or single-family in upper unit as there are two 2. 2 Units would have difficulty parking near and steps to the HOT TUB! NIce host.

Perfect Little Spot Near Everything

My husband and I went on a weekend getaway with our two small dogs and Paul’s place couldn’t be more perfect. The proximity to downtown is perfect. We were able to walk around, go out to eat, and come back multiple times in one day without the worry of exhausting our dogs from the summer heat which is something we are NOT used to. The place itself is SO cute and bed was comfortable. As one other person reviewed, never under estimate the importance of water pressure. The shower was heaven, especially after a day at the yuba river in the sun. Some reviewers mentioned noise from the street but honestly - you can’t hear it at all, especially with the AC going. I don’t know how it would be any other time of the year but even in the back yard (which is lovely and inviting with a small hot tub and hanging lights), there’s a creek that drowns out the sound of any cars. Would definitely stay at Paul’s place again on our next visit.
