Welcome to Avalon! This property is close to everything. Walk to restaurants, nightlife, the beach and more! Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home was built for cozy relaxation. Off street parking in the driveway. Huge front deck with gas grill, table seating for 6, outdoor sofa and gas fire pit.
The bedrooms feature one king bed, one full bed, and two sets of bunk beds with double on bottom and twin on top.
Wifi and YouTube TV available.
Avalon is quickly becoming a year round town with special events almost every weekend. Check the borough website for a list of events. Don't forget to check out the Avalon Free Public Library! They have much more than books! Discovery kits, Gaming systems, baking and pastry tools, and much more!
This property is located just over the 21st Street bridge. Close to the Princeton, Veterans Plaza, bakeries, shops and more. There is a public dock three blocks away for fishing and crabbing.
Six beach chairs and two umbrellas are at the property.
Linens are included. Each bed will have a sealed bin containing sheets, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, beach towels and quilt. Pillows will be on the bed.
Why do we do it this way? To keep the cleaning fee down! Most of our reservations do not use all six beds. Our cleaner charges $20 per bed additional to make them so the fee would be $120 higher. We believe the cleaning fees charged should reflect the actual cost of the cleaner.

Owner will not consider accepting pets. The property does have a video doorbell as shown in the photos, which guests are free to cover if they wish.
