Stayed twice for business. Much cheaper than hotels downtown. Nice space. Private. Cozy vibes. Half dozen great coffee places in walking distance. Amazing restaurant downstairs. Responsive communication with owner. Bring your own shampoo/body wash as none is provided (which was not a problem). Else has everything you need. Will stay again next time I’m up!

The property was very clean & albeit pet friendly, no odor. The loft was well equipped, bed very comfortable. The host responded to our questions quickly. One downside was noise. We were on 2nd floor & could hear people walking & talking above us. Fortunately quiet by 10 - 11 p.m. that's why I gave it 4 stars otherwise a 5 star for sure.

I would stay again

I was there for 5 days and it was an awesome place tondray and I would stay there again. It had everything in the kitchen I needed and very convenient to other places in the city. You cannoark on the street or in the parking deck. I parked in the street on the weekly nd and in the parking dck during the week.

Great Location and Vibe

We really enjoyed our stay in Fargo. This studio apartment is very close to a bevy of restaurants, bars, and shops. It is a very walkable location. Our recommendations include Marge’s for breakfast and 46 North for dinner. Parking is easy at the garage just down the street. We only used our car to go elsewhere in Fargo and for day trips to Grand Forks and Valley City. Be sure to check out the alley between Roberts and Broadway. We found a great little bookstore there by chance. Although we did not eat at the restaurant in the building, go to the basement and check out the “apartment storage”
you’ll understand when you get there (weekend nights only). The apartment is as advertised. Perfect for one or two and a great location especially for a weekend stay.

This place was really cute and had such a unique character from being in an old historic building. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect - we could walk to tons of great restaurants and shops right nearby, which made it so convenient for exploring the area. The kitchen had nice dishes and everything we needed for our stay. It was clear the hosts made sure guests would have what they need. Our dog loved it here too, which was a nice bonus since it can be hard to find good pet-friendly places. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Great Place to Stay in Dowtown Fargo

Apartment was a great alternative to hotels downtown. While its location is what drew me to it, the apartment itself was fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay downtown.

In the Heart of Fargo

Very convenient apartment location and the owner was helpful when we found that the key fob wasn’t was not able to let us in the building. It seemed to be a problem for other building tenants as well, so we were glad to be able to reach the owner . Space was clean and comfortable with a great restaurant and Speakeasy property in the building. Parking garage nearby was free on weekends. Coffee provided but if you need creamers, sugar or ice - better bring your own. Visit the Hjemkomst Museum in Moorehead which is a short drive away. Lots of places for the college crowd to enjoy downtown Fargo. We enjoyed our stay!
