Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Clean and comfy with two bedrooms with queen beds and desks, one bath, full kitchen, dining room, and large living room in a quiet walkable historic neighborhood near downtown. A short drive to downtown, NDSU, Fargodome, Concordia College, MSUM, Scheels Arena, Sanford Health, Essentia Health, restaurants, and shopping. One off-street parking space plus street parking on a quiet one-way residential street.



The Space:

You will have access to two full bedrooms, a large living room area, a full kitchen, and full shower. This is the middle unit of three story tri-plex, meaning there may be people above and below you. It's a very quiet building and quiet neighborhood.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the full apartment (apartment 2) for the duration of their stay, with the exception of a locked supply closet.



The Neighborhood:

We're located in central Fargo, just a few minutes drive from downtown. You could walk downtown on a nice day in about 20-25 minutes. Taking 5th Ave east until you hit Island Park and then turning left will get you into downtown. Island Park is also lovely with lots of walking paths, a city pool, tennis courts, and playground for kids.



Getting Around:

There is off-street parking available for one vehicle and free street parking in front of the building and on neighboring streets. The city bus also has multiple routes within a few blocks. Ride shares like Uber and Lyft are also readily available in Fargo



Other Things to Note:

The coin laundry is located in the basement of the property.
