The complex was quiet and very conveniently located. There are full time residents living here, so be aware of pets and some noise at times. It is somewhat well equipped but chairs in living space are small and uncomfortable. The couch could use an update as well. Bedroom space appears as seen in pics but the upstairs bedroom is a loft. It is completely open to the downstairs living area and kitchen. It would’ve been nice to know this in advance. Overall, it was clean and pricing was good.

Upstairs. Asked if mobility scooter could be secured inside . Reply was yes but didn't say there 2 flights of step to get up. Air conditioner went out for a day and half. They fixed it . Over all 3.5 stars...

Check in was super easy. Perfectly sized kitchen for making meals for a family. It was our 1st experience with a Vrbo, and I would definitely do it again.

Branson family vacay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was cozy, yet spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet other than the birds singing. This condo was conveniently located to all the attractions that we chose to visit. Top of the Rock was our favorite.

Nice place but to many things wrong

We just ended our stay here last week, the place was beautiful however issue after issue with this place made it not so great. The couch bed was broken, the grill was broken, the dishes were dirty, and there were stains on the bed sheets. The property maintenance guy had to come over twice, while he was nice it is a little inconvenient for someone to just come over during our stay. The property manger did have the maintenance guy go purchase a blow up bed. That was nice however the main reason we went here is for the grill, which was broken. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.

Peaceful but hectic stay

We enjoyed the property. We came in for my daughters dance competition and her brother came with. He was able to stick around the property and i wasnt worried about anything. We felt like we was at home

Quiet Getaway

It was very quiet and secluded from the big crowds of Branson, but still close enough to get to town. Very close gas station with mini grocery store with all the supplies. The place itself was well decorated and very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I had no problem sleeping all night long.
