Gorgeous, updated beach condo! This condo welcomes you with stunning views the moment you enter. The decor is updated, shabby chic and sets the unit apart from the rest. The location of this condo is perfect, with restaurants, shopping and the beach all within a short walk. Edgewater is a highly sought after complex with multiple amenities that are sure to be perfect for your next vacation.

The Space:
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bathroom with an updated shower that overlooks the gulf and has patio access. The guest room has twin beds, perfect for extra guests or children, and has direct access to the guest bathroom. The living area is open with gorgeous gulf views and patio access. You can't go wrong with the fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking family dinners in or gathering for evening cocktails or morning coffee.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to several restaurants, grocery store and CVS, outlet mall and the beach!

Other Things to Note:
Beach service is not included with your reservation, however it is available to rent.

Overall the unit was great. Nice location with just a short walk to the pool and beach. Amanda was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We had an issue with the TV in the master bedroom but that was resolved by Amanda. Only complaints would be the sliding glass door in the master bedroom did not work well and the screen door was difficult to close. Probably just some WD40 would take care of that. A screen door on the master bedroom sliding door would have been nice.

It was a beautiful condo with a stunning views. Close by plenty of variety of things, stores and restaurants and shops. Our host was easily accessible and pleasant. Will most definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We had a great time. Condo was amazing, plenty of room and LOVED the view! Location was great for running out to the store or to grab a bite of food. Appreciated the complimentary soap as my kids forgot theirs but a few more garbage bags would have been helpful. The master bedroom fan was broken so we couldn’t increase the speed and the lights in the guest bedroom wouldn’t come on except for the fan light but we made it work. We wanted to light the candle outside but didn’t have any lighter. These are just small things that could be improved for future guests but overall we were very happy with the condo and how responsive the host was when we messaged her regarding the Wi-Fi. First experience with VRBO and Miramar beach but We would definitely come back

Clean, stocked, great views, central location - can walk to grocery, CVS.Property well-maintained and has 2 pools, snack bar (BIG hit with kids), few extra outdoor games/activities..only complaint is the parking garages are LOW.... one garage does not fit standard Yukon. Other one does but tight. We would stay there again.

The pictures are an exact representation of this property. Our visit was perfect from beginning to end. In addition to the condo unit being perfectly clean and in working order, the entire property was clean and we felt safe throughout our visit. Our host was very attentive and communicative.

Beautiful property and condo

The property was beautiful and well kept. Condo was nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed. We had a great view of ocean. Only negatives were there wasn’t enough parking for oversized vehicles that were too tall for the parking garage. Also personal umbrellas were not allowed unless you sat outside of the condos designated beach area. We have stayed at many places and this is the firstWe have ever encountered this.

Loved every minute of this vacation rental

We brought our 3 and 4 year old to Miramar beach and it was amazing. The rental was perfect for our family of 4. Beautiful views, loved the underground parking so our car wasn’t hot each day, & all the amenities worked so we had everything we needed. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella one day on the beach. It’s great they let you pay for it at the beach. The only thing I would recommend is bringing beach towels. I bought some cute Florida ones while in town so it wasn’t a big deal. I hope to visit this place again in the future! Highly recommend!

Beautiful location

Amanda was very responsive. If you will utilize the kitchen it is well stocked already but Amanda promised if we need anything to just let her know. We did not need anything additional. Great location. Very clean. They had bellhop carts to lug your stuff up and down. View? 5 stars

Good value, well decorated

Very well decorated unit with nice views of the ocean. Easy check in and check out process. Kitchen utensils and pans were very minimal but got us by. Even though it was close to the elevator and trash chute it wasn't noisy and ended up being convenient. Some paint/drywall in the master bath could use a little TLC but aside from that the place was very well maintained and comfortable.
