Great house for 5 couples. We enjoyed fishing right in the back off the canal! What a great week!

Nice home and well equipped. Good for any size boat. Warning though, back bedroom stays very warm. Had to keep the door open and a box fan pointing in from the hallway the entire two weeks. Then it was comfortable. Asked management to look at it and they said they did and solved it, but nothing changed. Plenty of room for boat and trailer and easy access to vaca cut. Main location negative is proximity to the airport. Lots of small plane traffic that, while outside, makes you stop talking when flights arriving/departing, and that’s before commercial flights come back to marathon in November!

We are very sorry to hear the initial AC adjustment did not fully resolve the temperature in the back bedroom. Had we known it was still not cooling comfortably during your stay, we would have gladly had our AC vendor come out for a more in-depth inspection. We have already scheduled someone to thoroughly check the system to ensure all rooms are cooling properly for future guests. We also appreciate your comments regarding the nearby airport, at this time, the airport remains a private airport with smaller aircrafts and has not is not to commercial flights. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Fantastic property!!!

The home was perfect for our family of 11 people. What a great floorplan. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved watching the mother manatee and her baby in the canal right behind the house. The patio area was perfect for morning coffee. The kiddos enjoyed the heated pool. We had several evening basketball tournaments with the pop a shot game. The home has a nice quiet location but is still close to shopping and restaurants. We took several day trips to other islands. However, the beaches around Marathon are fabulous. This property has so much to offer. We will definitely come back.

The location of this home is great. It was situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the main road and many conveniences. We enjoyed the private channel directly behind the house where you could fish and even had two separate visits from manatees. The pool was great although narrow and there was plenty of outdoor space. The layout of the house is nice with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of parking. The house could use some updates and improvements, however. The beds and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. Most guests rotated sleeping on couches. The walls need painting and do not buffer noise at all. The cream couches in the living area need to be cleaned. The outdoor chairs are ripped or broken and need replaced. The trash and recycling were completely full upon our arrival from the previous guests as only one trash can and recycling bin are provided. This was an issue due to the timing of the trash pickup later in the week. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The community felt safe and the house provided us with what we needed during our vacation.
