Réveillez-vous avec de magnifiques levers de soleil et une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis ce condominium au troisième étage en front de mer! Vous arrivez par ascenseur depuis votre parking privé ci-dessous.

C'est une grande retraite pour les couples ou un lieu de vacances en famille. Un balcon couvert de 20 pieds offre une vue majestueuse et vous apaise avec les brises douces de l'océan et le bruit des vagues déferlantes. Deux chambres, une salle de bain, avec grand salon, salle à manger et vue sur la cuisine de la plage.

Rendez-vous sur la plage tôt le matin pour chasser les dents de requin, les coquillages ou simplement vous asseoir avec une boisson agréable et regarder les dauphins rouler dans les vagues et jouer! Commencez ensuite votre journée avec un forfait golf amusant (les forfaits golf non inclus mais disponibles sur l'île à l'achat)!


Situé à 30 minutes de Jacksonville et du SUPER Bowl 2005. Trois miles du Ritz-Carlton, et à dix minutes en voiture du village portuaire historique victorien de Fernandina Beach, où les rues pavées sont ornées de maisons de style victorien, d'une cuisine raffinée et de boutiques pittoresques.

Beaucoup de boutiques uniques au centre-ville et à la plantation d'Amelia Island. À quelques pâtés de maisons du parc d'État historique de War Fort Clinch, où vous pourrez faire de la randonnée, du vélo et du poisson à partir d'une jetée de 400 mètres.

Il y a un taie d'oreiller king size au MB, un double dans la chambre et un canapé-lit. Mes condos sont en forme de pointe! Je suis fier de mes locations et j'y reste souvent moi-même pour vérifier les choses et en profiter.

Beautiful condo with a fantastic owner!

I can't begin to describe how amazing our stay was. Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach is the perfect place for a quiet couple's or family getaway and this condo was the icing on the cake! Tawaney has great taste in home decor and she's extremely quick and professional in her responses. I can only hope I'm lucky enough to work with her again!

Pleasant stay, wonderful view!

We chose this condo for its location and view and we were not disappointed. The condo is clean and comfortable. We were minutes from everything we wanted to do. The property owner provided all of the information we needed before our arrival. We had no need to contact her during our stay.

Living room furniture is worn out, way past it's life Bathroom has a new vanity that is too big for the space, it's only a couple inches from the toilet, so you have to lean towards the bathtub to sit on the toilet. Unit is clean, great location, great view, Poor furniture

Thank you for the review. This is the first I’ve heard about furniture, we will look into replacing. The bathroom has been recently updated and the vanity is the same size as the one before which is all standard size for all the condos there at Coral Sands. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay.

GREAT LOCATION ON THE BEACH

Clean and cozy with a great view of the beach and the ocean. Bathroom and master bedroom needs maintenance. Kitchen needs better fry pans. Whoever checks the place after renters leave need to make sure all electronics advertised work. DVD player did not have HDMI cable.

Lovely spot

Fabulous quiet beach location. Fantastic balcony space with great space to sit, relax, have coffee or a meal. As most say, if living room furnishings would be updated to something more comfortable and less worn out, I definately would be a repeat customer. Otherwise, kitchen was well equipped (bring your own spices other than salt and pepper), bathroom nice. Bunk bed in second bedroom best for children, but was okay. Master very nice. Pleased about how quiet the area was, with so much room on the beach. Good experience.

Could use some updating, but overall a great place

Quite dated, but very clean. Comfy king size bed in the "master" with a bunk with a single over double in the 2nd bedroom. Furniture is very dated. Almost too many accessories in the place - felt a little cluttered. When we arrived there were some big holes in the bedroom screens - big enough for a bird to get through - we took the initiative and taped them up with Gorilla clear tape to keep bugs out. Balcony is great - great views. Cooking utensils are dated as well - again, too much in the cupboards - could hardly get stuff in and out as far as pans and pots. The place was clean...comfortable and we'd probably stay again if we couldn't find someplace else a little more updated. Communication with manager was great. Quiet and peaceful area.

Large balcony and beautiful views

We had a nice stay at this condo. The balcony is huge with great seating and a table and chairs. Also, a nice view from master bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked. My only worry in the spring/summer time, when it is probably full, would be parking. There is limited parking and you are not assigned a space. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful beach!

Close access to the ocean was the most important part of our vacation. We certainly got what we wanted with this condo. While not the fanciest place I've ever stayed, it had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation at a reasonable price. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable. The owner went out of her way to accommodate us. I would definitely return.

What an AMAZING BEACH VACATION

So quiet and peaceful. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. The balcony was awesome and we used it everyday, all day. Sleeping in the master bedroom with the windows open to hear the waves crash was the best. Great place for a family's vacation or a quiet getaway. I give it 5 stars. :)

We had a really nice time during our February vacation. It was right on the beach, clean, easily accessible, quiet and exactly as described. No issues nor any surprises. Great location and view

Very clean for an older building, location was perfect being right on the water. Bathroom was recently renovated. The living room furniture was tired and not comfortable. Appreciated having a washer and dryer and full kitchen that was well stocked.
