The Space:

Step into your mountain-side getaway at this stylish front-unit chalet in the heart of Girdwood. Just minutes from Alyeska Resort and scenic trails, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat sleeps up to 6 guests with three plush queen beds. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy Toyo stove heating, fast WiFi, Smart TV, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The open-concept living area blends modern alpine design with warm, inviting comfort—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or exploring Alaska’s outdoors.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the front unit of a duplex, complete with a separate entrance for privacy. Free on-site parking is available right outside the home. You’ll have full access to the living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry facilities. The back unit is a separate residence with its own entrance and parking, ensuring your stay remains private and peaceful.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the charming mountain town of Girdwood, this home is minutes from Alyeska Resort’s world-class skiing, hiking, and biking. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with local cafés, restaurants, and breweries nearby. In summer, enjoy lush trails and wildflowers; in winter, deep powder and Northern Lights views. Anchorage is just a 40-minute scenic drive away, making this the perfect base for both adventure and relaxation.



Getting Around:

You will need a vehicle or arrange shuttle services to Girdwood. There is very limited access to Ride Share from Girdwood. Plan on taking the train, there is the Girdwood shuttle, but plan on waiting a bit and there are no covered bus or shuttle areas. Grocery and services are limited in Girdwood, please plan accordingly.

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
