This is a beautiful 2bd/1ba home built in the 1950s. It was fully renovated this year and offers the perfect cozy getaway with a fenced in back yard, family fun games, a shaded seating area, and a fire pit.
You are minutes away from I-75, 301, and 41, 5 mins away from restaurants, grocery stores, and local beach/boat lift access. You can reach Tampa and Ybor in 20mins, and you are 45 mins away from the larger beaches like St. Pete, Clearwater, FT. Desoto (dog friendly), and Anna Maria.

There is a washer and dryer available for use but please bring your own detergent.

This little 2-bedroom was a comfortable stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed it.

Awesome house, great location to be near Tampa but far enough to be quieter. The house was super clean and the yard was great. Also all off the cooking gadget made for a great time eating in.

A week away

We stayed for a week at this sweet place. The kitchen was well-stocked with all your kitchen needs. Great tv. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to groceries and plenty of eating places.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with every amenity we could possibly need. The decor was stylish and modern, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we chose to dine in. The bedrooms were very comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space and the yard for our dog was perfect. The location was ideal – close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Overall, this VRBO stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt right at home and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Cozy and thoughtful

We were in the process of relocating to FL and needed to stay at a VRBO until we could close on our house. The location was good proximity to the area we moved to so that is initially why we chose to stay here. That being said, I would 100% book here again if I was just on vacation. The property is updated and clean. Beds are super comfortable and the neighborhood is really quiet! Katherine really has thought of everything for her cozy little house! She even provided hair turban towels for those with long hair. It did take us a few days to realize the coffee table has a lift on it so that acts as your dining area when eating meals. The kitchen has everything you need plus more for a VRBO! We got to Anna Maria Island in about 45 minutes with traffic and it was easy to get to. We would definitely book here again if traveling!

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one needed to prepare meals-easy to locate all items. The bungalow was very clean and uncluttered- and renovated nicely. We liked that the yard was completely fenced in so our dog could get some exercise and we didn’t worry about him getting out and chasing a neighborhood cat. There are solar powered string lights in the yard which was a nice touch.It was easy to communicate with our host and the location worked well for traveling to visit with friends. If we come back to the area we will look to book again.
