Master bedroom with a queen bed and dressing room with a Futon sofa bed. Second bed room has a queen bed, and third bedroom has a two single beds.
There is a fully open kitchen with a water view, washer, dryer, grill, iron, hair dryer, pots, pans, plates, cups, coffee machine, blender, toaster, oven etc.
70'' 4K TV
Pool is maintained weekly. The pool can be heated for an additional $100 week. Children not allowed in pool without adult supervision.
Beautiful ocean view with a dock. Can go fishing.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the enter property. No parties or event. After 10 pm don't make noise around pool area.
NO Pets are allowed.
No smoking inside the house.
Tampa International Airport 26 Miles, Bush garden 21 miles, Orlando attraction 1 hour drive.

There is a camera posted at the entrance of the property, only surveills the entrance and back side.

The house is very spacious. Beautiful view through the pool area. I would ask that the door to the pool be a little more secure. The kitchen had everything you need. The house was very clean. Bedding was nice, towels were great. I would stay here again.

We had a great time fishing on the lake we caught lots of catfish and several sting rays . We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The house gives a warm and friendly atmosphere that will allow you to relax, and enjoy your stay. Joe had everything we needed( seasonings plates cooking utensils etc.)Publix supermarket and restaurants are close by.I only have two two complaints, I didn't catch any red snapper fish and I had to leave. We will definitely return. Thanks

All rooms were very clean and the overall villa was clean, messaged owner about an issue we had with one of the toilets and he was more than willing to go out his way to try and fix it but we managed to sort the issue ourself, the pool garden and dock is amazing! No better way to spend the day down on the dock fishing soaking up the sun then cool off in the pool afterwards!

Compared to most of my VRBO experiences, this one was poor. If the host would make a few upgrades/repairs and improve communication then I would rate this higher. Below is a summary of pros and cons. Pros:- In a good quiet neighborhood. Nice big driveway that accommodates a truck and boat trailer or multiple vehicles. - Dock is nice, accessible, and can accommodate most boats. The dock has a boat lift but I didn’t use or try it. - The inside of the house was clean with some recent upgrades. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. The grill was new with a full tank of propane. Cons:- Terrible communication with host. Host missed check-in by several hours and had maintenance workers on the premise until almost 8PM at night. I tried contacting many times and had to call VRBO support before I heard anything from the host that never even apologized. - Patio area needs some renovations. Screens had holes which let bugs in. Pool surface needs work. - Back sliding glass door is unable to be secured. Anyone could access the inside of the house at any time. Maintenance workers were aware of the door and stated that is how they access the property. This made sleeping at night very uneasy.

Beautiful Home

Everything we needed was there. They pool was great. Could not figure out how to turn on ceiling fans or lock sliding door but owner assured me he would look into it. I would definitely recommend this as a nice getaway. Thank you

Family vacation

It was nice being able to fish off the dock and swim in the pool. Family loved everything about the house. We used the grill and kitchen quite a bit. Neighbors were nice.

Great getaway

The Apollo beach house was a perfect place to getaway to. The house was just as listed, clean and well stocked with what we needed. The pool was great, the dock was a great for fishing and just enjoying the beautiful scenery. Joe was a good host and we would gladly stay here again

Loved it!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved having the dock to fish off of and the pool to cool off in. The house is super convenient for restaurants and shopping. Will definitely book again in the future.

This property is a beautiful house and location. The canal view is stunning, but we were disappointed by the condition of the pool enclosure and the upkeep of the yard. A good handyman and a caring owner could turn this into a five star property in a day or two!

Overall nice property but needs improvements

Pool and access to the bay was nice. Property was fairly clean but could have been cleaner, floors were still dirty. All furniture needs updated, couches worn out and hole in one. Yard was very unkept with tall grass and overgrown landscaping. Thermostat was programmed to go up to 80 at night and was very uncomfortable. Owner failed to resolve situation. No TV in master bedroom. Was unclear how to use keypad for check-in and had to call owner. Was not worth what i paid in my opinion.

Perfect for Family and with a View

This was a perfect place for our vacation. It had more than enough room for us and for my Florida Family that stopped by to visit. It is in a very safe area which was a top priority and the view was so pretty and peaceful that we spent most of our time on the Lanai taking-in the beautiful bay and swimming in the heated pool. My family that came to visit all said they are recommending it as a place to stay when their other families come to Florida to vacation/visit. Thank You to the Owner for hosting a beautiful, safe, and affordable place to vacation. -Darlayne (Indiana)
