We have landscapers, a garbage company and pool cleaners who will be at the house from time to time. They make their own schedule and may arrive during your visit. They will be outside only.

Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. We do not allow Locals to book this property.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
