We want your vacation to be relaxing and enjoyable from the moment you arrive! To help you get settled, we provide a complimentary starter kit and several amenities for your convenience.

Complimentary Starter Supplies

Your stay includes:

* 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
* 2 rolls of paper towels for the kitchen
* 10 kitchen trash bags
* Dish soap and a sponge
* Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every shower
* Laundry detergent for your laundry
* Basic cleaning supplies
* Bath towels for all registered guests
* Pool/beach towels for your enjoyment

Please note that these are starter supplies. If additional items are needed during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing them.

BBQ Grill

Enjoy our outdoor BBQ grill during your stay! We provide the propane tank that is at the property upon your arrival. If the tank becomes empty during your stay, propane refills or tank exchanges are the guest’s responsibility. Exchanges can be completed quickly and conveniently at most gas stations, supermarkets, or home improvement stores.

Spa Heater

Our spa can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $200 per stay. If you would like the heater turned on before or during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.

Trash Service

No need to worry about taking the trash bins to the curb! We provide Trash Patrol Service for our guests. Simply place your bagged trash in the designated trash bins, and our team will take care of moving the bins to and from the street on collection days.

Commercial Ice Machine

Heading out for a day of fishing, boating, or a backyard BBQ? Take advantage of our commercial ice machine, which produces up to 450 pounds of ice per hour. ensuring you’ll always have plenty of ice available.
