The kitchen was great! The beds are comfortable.( At least the one I was in by the kitchen.) Seems like a fairly safe neighborhood. We only stayed one night instead of two. Could use more towels . Has a nice little portch out back but bring your own hammock. We thought by looking at pictures they were already there but we didn't see any. Lots of places to eat and things to do within a 6 miles radius. Could definitley use better communication between host and guests. All in all it's a comfy cottage. And cute.
Iâd have to say that our stay was just okay. The positives: the house was cute and well decorated. The yard was mostly clean with a good size yard for my dog. The fence was secure in every side. The bathrooms were nice. It was walkable to the beach. Nice homes on either side so we felt safe. The primary mattress was very comfortable. There was a streaming tv in the living room that worked. Unfortunately there were some things that didnât work well for us: there were a ton of cigarette butts left in the chair out back. There was only one small pit and one small sauce pot for cooking and only one small baking dish and no serving plates or bowls. There were also no steak knives. This left us challenged when cooking and we had to get creative. The chairs in the living room were pretty dingy. The front door was hard to open and auto locks - so make sure you have your code on you! The guest mattressâs are very hard-but thatâs preference so some might find them comfortable. Dishes were left in the dishwasher So we had to put them away. There were only two extra blankets and not enough bath towels. There were no TVs in the guest rooms. Finally, we didnât receive any checkout instructions. This might seem like a picky list but we stay in vacation homes quite often so Iâm just pointing out things that are always included in every place weâve stayed at previously.
