We take all reviews seriously and want to clarify a few points: Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy, requiring a 7-day notice, was clearly outlined before booking. You attempted to cancel five days prior, which was outside the allowable window for a refund. This policy ensures fairness to both parties. Condition of the Property: Your claims about the cleanliness of the apartment are unfounded. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and your claim about dirty clothes left in the room is inaccurate. The number of seating chairs and other amenities provided are as described in the listing. Despite your requests, we provided two extra chairs as a courtesy. Bed Size: The bed size was clearly stated in the listing. When you claimed it was too small, we provided a Queen air mattress at no extra charge, even though it was not included in the listing. Washer: The washer is a standard model with no timer or automatic shut-off. You never notified us of any issues to help with the settings. Neighborhood and Safety: The area is safe, and the neighboring dog is securely fenced. We’ve never had safety complaints from previous guests. Guest Conduct: Unfortunately, your interactions were consistently rude and confrontational. Despite this, we adhered to our policies and provided additional accommodations to improve your stay.
