Bel appartement moderne de 2 chambres avec 1 lit queen size et 1 lit gigogne avec climatisation situé à Fajardo. Cuisine complète avec terrasse ensoleillée. Près de belles plages, sept mers et luquillo. Nous sommes à seulement 15 minutes en voiture du ferry Ceiba qui vous transporte vers les magnifiques îles de Vieques et Culebra, qui comptent parmi les plus belles plages du monde. Près de nombreuses marinas où vous pouvez louer des catamarans et des bateaux pour des excursions d’une journée. Vous serez accueilli par moi Roberto, donc les heures d'arrivée sont flexibles. Je parle anglais et espagnol.

Great location, helpful neighbors, apartment was very clean and looked recently remodeled. Bring earplugs if dogs barking bothers you.

Host was nicely responsive. Well located to the kayak center, cute place to eat downstairs. Well air conditioned. It is on the street so bring some ear plugs. Good value.

This is a clean, nice apartment in a good location. The host is nice and responsive. The problem we faced was incredibly loud music coming from restaurant below between 10:00 pm and 11:30 pm, even though the restaurant officially closed at 10pm. After the music stopped we still had trouble sleeping from loud dogs barking the rest of the night.

Beds were very comfortable. Place was clean. Air conditioners work very well. We only stayed for a couple hours so we could get to the yunque early but would definitely recommend

Clean, roomy and near great spots and beautiful beaches

Have stayed at this beautiful property before, does not disappoint! Eric is a pleasure to communicate with, responds quickly and explains in detail. Apartment is efficient and quiet and safe, great area! Not one complaint, love staying here, will be back soon!

Quaint Stay

Perfect spot for a nice stay! The restaurant below was quiet with friendly staff. The PR restaurant behind the apartment was quiet with amazing PR food made to order they were friendly as well. The apartment it self was awesome perfect size for myself and my guest with a roof top patio for a nice breezy evening meal or bright sunny side breakfast. Communication was great between the host and I. Parking was ample, although the host had a reset eres area to park we parked on the streets for easier access to the car.

Great apartment

Great apartment, very clean, comfy couches and bed and nice kitchen area. Wish we had more time to appreciate it all as we were only there for a night. Nice back patio. Would definitely recommend.

Great location to local restaurants and water taxi to nearby island. The apartment was clean and fairly quiet. Some dogs barking and rooster crowing in the morning. But overall a great experience.

We stayed long enough to find somewhere else to stay. Access to the apartment is through an unlocked gate. To get to your car, you have to go through this gate, onto the street, around the corner, to a different unlocked gate. We did not feel this was an area safe enough to go to our car after dark if needed. The furniture is worn. The house has mosquitos inside.

The area is very safe. We have never has an incident at the property. The property does not have mosquitos as you claim. If you leave the patio door open with out the screen, then yes mosquitos will make their way in the apartment. It’s the Caribbean. Thank you

Wonderful apartment...very comfortable. There's a cute little market 2 doors down. Lots of restaurants and a beautiful beach all in walking distance. Very safe neighborhood. Erik, the host was super responsive and communication (we had trouble with directions). Comfortable beds and A/C in both bedrooms...although with the fans we didn't need it. Lovely balcony for evening or morning coffee. Would definitely stay again!

Inside of the unit was good. Outside needs a light on the stairs going up. At least we didn’t see one and coming to check in late at night was somehow scary. Nice living room. Beautiful bathroom. However the ceiling fan inside the shower was very noisy and shaky. Master bedroom was nice. Extra bedroom very nice for kids. Dining room area was also nice. Kitchen decent. Both bedroom have AC however kitchen and dining room don’t have AC nor ceiling fans which gets really hot. Also when we went in at check in all fans and AC units were off which felt like we were in hell at 91 degrees and it took several hours to finally cool off. I think this is a nice place just some minor adjustments needed. And this is beyond the owner’s control nor part of the stay but be ready for the sounds of nature…dogs barking and roaster crowing/chickens clucking especially early morning.

Nice clean place with lots of room

Was a great place to spread out a bit - so much more room than in a hotel. Overall had a great experience. The place was clean and spacious, nice shower. The listing describes the unit as having 3 beds in 2 bedrooms, which is accurate. And in the description as a queen and trundle. But under "Rooms and beds" section they are described as a King and 2 doubles. This is incorrect - the trundle is two twins, not 2 doubles. No top sheets were on the bed, but I found some in the drawers. Do bring earplugs and a noise machine for the dogs that bark outside the windows. I was prepared for this and slept well. Great location for day trips to El Yunque or snorkel/kayak tours.
