Stay at the Dolphin House in Clearwater Beach! Our coastal-inspired home in the safe and quiet North Beach neighborhood is just a 3-block walk to the beach. Relax in the large swim spa and enjoy grilling in the backyard or spending the afternoon in the shaded screened area. The property features comfortable bedrooms, updated bathrooms, spacious gathering spaces, and a second family room for additional sleeping. We provide beach gear and a drip coffee maker for your convenience.
The space
Welcome to the Dolphin House in Clearwater Beach, FL! Located in the peaceful North Beach neighborhood, our property offers a safe and quiet environment for you to relax and enjoy your vacation. The beach access is only a short three-block walk away, making it easy for you to spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Our property features a large swim spa, perfect for taking a dip at the end of a hot summer day. You can also fire up the propane grill and enjoy a barbecue with friends and family on the spacious and fully screened patio area.

The Dolphin House offers nicely sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, allowing you to get a good night's sleep after a day of adventure. The coastal decor throughout the property gives it a relaxing and charming atmosphere.

Our bathrooms have been recently updated and are kept clean for your convenience. The spacious gathering areas provide ample space for your group to spend time together, and the second family room can serve as an additional sleeping area if needed.

We provide beach chairs, a beach cart, misc kids toys, and an umbrella for your use during your stay, making your beach days stress-free. Additionally, the drip coffee maker in the kitchen ensures you can enjoy a cup of coffee each morning.

Great Stay!

Our family stayed at this rental for a week and had a great time! House is a lot more updated and clean compared to other properties we’ve stayed at in the past in the area. Would love to use again in the future as we come to Clearwater once a year!

I would recommend staying here if you are looking to stay close to Clearwater with a big family! Beach is a close walk, quiet area. House is clean and spacious!

Quiet location

We live local and rented for extended family to visit. 1000 times better than two hotel rooms. The house has all you need for a few days away at the beach.

Amazing home.

I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy the amazing beaches of Clearwater. I am a FL native but it's always nice to get away for the weekend and this is the place for you. Clean, great location, and great responsiveness from the host. I would happily return.

Perfect family weekend

This house is perfect for a beach stay. My brother, two teenage sons and I stayed here for a long weekend. The house is immaculate and modern. It is a cute ranch but laid out so that each of us could have our privacy while still being able to hang out in the common areas. Especially loved the back porch in the afternoons. It is less than a 5-minute walk to a beautiful beach. The house is everything you'd need for a weekend with family and is very quiet. The hosts were communicative and helpful. All in all a perfect stay

4th of july getaway

From the week of July1 - July6 My wife and I along with another couple stayed at the dolphin house. We really loved our stay. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room, masters are 1 on each side of the house so we had some privacy. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything you need to live a normal routine style life. We cooked our breakfast and lunch at home most days and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was even better. Located in north beach its far enough away from the crowded beaches but close enough to ride the trolley, ride bike, or even a long walk to the center of town. The house has nice beach equipment for use which was great. The host was responsive to any questions we had and even took care of any requests we had. Poliletly to the host one suggestion we would recommend is adding a fan to the back patio would make that space even more enjoyable and a better beach cart would make the short walk to the beach even easier.This trip was perfect and so was dolphin house, we definitely recommend booking your stay here!!!! Thank you Ryan and Amy and family!!!! We hope to visit again soon!!!
