Inside your sweet retreat, warm up in front of the gas fireplace as you lounge on the oversized sofa. The living room's large TV makes streaming your favorite TV shows and movies easy. The adjacent full kitchen gleams with its high-end appliances and beautiful countertops. Enjoy eating with your loved ones around the dining table for a family-style meal, or eat breakfast on the large, oversized, private balcony with mountain views.

The bedrooms are equally cozy with their charming decorations, soft linens, in-floor heating, and partial air-conditioning and the upgraded large bathroom includes a 5-piece spa shower. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great for a weekend get away!
We loved staying here for the weekend! Within walking distance to the marina, theatre, bars, restaurants and market! Plenty of towels and very clean. All set up for grilling and cooking at home, the market about 5 blocks down has literally everything. A parking space in the garage only comes in the winter, otherwise it’s street parking. It was a little confusing in the listing but we had absolutely no issues finding a spot right outside on the street. It was a great spot, would definitely stay here again!

Had to clean the place myself!
Place was nice but it was not cleaned from previous stay. I had to clean the bathrooms and bed linens myself, Vacasa never sent anyone to clean it nor tried to rectify the situation. Just strung me along saying they would send someone. I had multiple communications with Vacasa without getting any help. Finally, I asked for a refund and recieved no response. I do not recommend renting anything from Vacasa.

The best!
Such a cute spot right in town, the view from The balcony is stunning and such a joy to wake up to. I loved the heated floors, such a nice touch especially during the cold winter months. I have a cabin up here and wasn’t able to stay there for my birthday weekend and this place made me feel right at home. I will absolutely stay here again!

Great Unit, Great Location!
Great place, nicely appointed, comfortable beds, fantastic location! Walk downstairs and you are on the main street of downtown Grand Lake and at the Hub, a great coffee shop! . I will definitely be staying at this condo again!
