1 story house that sleeps up to 6 (2 queens & 2 twins). 1 mile to Broadway or Skidmore. 1/2 mile to train station. 2 miles to Saratoga Race Track. 2.5 miles to SPAC. <1 block to Saratoga Hospital (but very quiet--ambulances turn off siren 3 blocks away)

* Off-street parking for 3 cars
* Wifi and TV
* Laundry access (shared)
* Screened-in porch & outside chimenea fireplace (both shared)
* Pets allowed
* Mostly certified organic bedding.
* Stocked kitchen

I provide coffee and tea. I am home about 5 weeks a year and spend it in the completely separate downstairs apartment. If I am home you are unlikely to see or hear me.

Great place

Great place-just as described.we went to check out Saratoga springs and the location was perfect and the house did not disappoint. Plan to visit again and would definitely stay here!

The house was absolutely adorable! It had everything in it that you could possibly need. It was only 1 mile from my conference location so it was very convenient! I HIGHLY recommend this rental!

Went to a concert at SPAC very close to the venue house was spotless highly recommend staying there very close to downtown too excellent location

Perfect small home with great layout & location

Jonathan's home is cozy with a super layout including a large kitchen and thoughtful decor. Location was ideal for us - quiet, yet close to downtown Saratoga Springs. A super stay all the way around!

Saratoga Belmont Stakes

Went up for the weekend to see the Belmont Stakes at Toga..House was spot on perfect and was close to the track! Owner was on top of everything making sure we got in ok and gave us a couple of numbers to call if we needed anything? A++ for this house and owner!!!

If you are looking for a clean, open and lovely space, this is the home for you! My 3 sisters and I relaxed in this comfortable home and chatted the evening away! I recommend it highly!

House was as advertised. Great location for going to show at spac. Good setup with rooms. I liked that he provided extra pillows and blankets and some basics. If going to Saratoga I would recommend!

I love that it's so central to everything in Saratoga. I love being able to walk to downtown.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It's a beautiful large corner lot that is quiet. It is next to the hospital but the ambulances are required to turn off sirens 3 blocks away.
