Beautifully updated 2-bedroom luxury penthouse, fully furnished with new appliances (refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster) and new furnishings. Includes small eats that are easy to grab and go! Stocked with small snacks, coffees, teas, water! This rare downtown find comes with a full bath, 2 queen beds and a beautiful view of downtown Dayton. This historic home is located in the highly desirable neighborhood, St. Annes Hill and is centrally located to all the major hospitals, WPAFB, interstates, entertainment and attractions! This penthouse is an upstairs (be mindful of the stairs, they are on the steeper side given this is an older home) with a private entrance and a keypad lock for additional security. The penthouse is very quiet given it's an upstairs apartment. All amenities are provided, spices, condiments, complimentary coffees and teas, high speed WiFi, TV, Roku streaming. Come stay at one of the largest and beautiful living spaces available in St. Annes Hill!

We are so impressed! Very clean and comfortable. To my surprise Coffee Creamer was provided which was a huge plus. We stay at alot of different places that haven't provided any...much appreciated!Stairs could be a challenge but it was noted. Two beds but only 1 private room, make sure you are close with everyone in the party. Lol5 stars!!!

Great Stay

Quaint and peaceful stay! We were in town for our son's orientation at the University of Dayton, and this spot was perfect. Just minutes from campus and close to plenty of dining options. Gretchen was a fantastic host, very communicative and incredibly accommodating.

This beautifully restored historic property in Dayton’s St. Anne’s Hill neighborhood was perfect-close to downtown Dayton restaurants, and Gretchen was very helpful. Highly recommend this VRBO rental!

Historic & Great Neighborhood

Nice place! Quiet and beautiful friendly neighborhood. Easy parking, stairs are steep but manageable for me and my 19 year old! Pack light so you don’t have to take too much upstairs. House has what you need and is nicely decorated.

Cozy Silence

We loved how secure, cozy, comfortable, and quiet this place provided. Even though there was a little miscommunication, Gretchen was an outstanding host that took good care of us this weekend. This place certainly blocked out the outside noise which gave us both some much needed rest and relaxation over the weekend. Thank you for making your place available!

Luxury is accurate! I didn’t give the title of this listing much attention until I was inside the unit. If you're looking to feel elegance as tou mive from room to room - stay here. The Kuerig and creamer was a life saver as it saved me from traveling to the store for those essentials. Bed so comfy, couch and livingroom an excellent place to visit when family came to see me. I just wish this place was in Oregon, where I live, so I could have my out of town guests experience the luxury. Thank you, Gretchen!

Halloween Preview in a great Old Home

The house was old enough to seem haunted, but the Halloween decor made it even better. We had a perfect stay. It was two minutes from our Dayton meetings, the coffee and oatmeal was enjoyed and needed, the bathroom was great for two travelers as it's shower/tub is separate from the sinks the neighborhood its as artsy as it is elegant. I can't recommend this unit more. We'll see them again soon.

We chose this neighborhood because we both have lived in this downtown neighborhood for close to ten years! We love our downtown Dayton neighborhood! It is centrally located for getting around to downtown, WPAFB, hospitals, entertainment (Oregon District, Art museums, etc)!

This property is extremely unique as it has been fully restored to it's full beauty! We bought this home together in Spring 2023 and worked to restore this historic home back to it's original charm with a few updates! This home is a historic home dating back to 1890, it is the sister home of our art museum located next door!
