The Loft Studio

The Loft Studio is Located by South Park neighborhood on the 2nd floor of the farmhouse. The cozy Loft features a comfy new Queen size bed, Kitchenette, cafe table & 2 chairs, cozy Chair, space heater, AC Wifi Roku. private Bathroom located in the Studio. Charming minimalist design, This unit truly is in the heart of the city. Located within 3 miles to University of Dayton, Dayton Children's Hospital &. Miami Valley Hospital. Walking distance or Uber to nearby restaurants in Oregon District.

Cozy & quaint space In this studio with New Queen size bed, fully appointed Kitchenette Refrigerator, hotplate, electric skillet, crock pot, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, silverware, Soft towels, wash cloths, shampoo & body wash. Everything you need for a cozy comfortable stay.
*Please note the Loft is 1 of 3 units in the Farmhouse. You share entry steps, front porch backyard, plus the community room.

Freshly painted and clean patio with rod iron chairs to relax outside with a nice fenced in yard.

We have a Farmers Market on Saturday’s at the Farmhouse. We have a community room if you need extra space for a small meeting or family gathering. Ask my co host Annie for details.

My son was graduating from UD. The perfect place for one or a couple to stay. Extremely clean and the owners were quick to answer my questions. I plan to stay with them again for my next child's graduation.

This was a comfortable place to stay in a quiet area, the host was so nice and kept in contact with us. We got lucky and was able to add a day to our stay. Easy drive to restaurants.

Matt and Keri Cozy Loft

Matt and Keri are above and beyond caring and wonderful hosts! I have a very stressful temporary job here in Dayton and i look forward to coming home each day to this cozy and perfectly appointed loft!

WGI weekend stay

This was my first year attending WGI Championships and I needed a safe, clean, comfortable, and inexpensive place to recharge my batteries. The Loft fit the bill. Although I prejudged the location initially, I quickly realized it was not accurate. My host very responsive when a multi block power outage occurred. If we attend championships next year, I will consider The Loft again.

Met expectations but


Location is in a neighborhood that is being regentrified, close to UD and downtown and within walking distance of a great coffee house and a brew pub (I sampled both). Space as advertised and all consumables (paper towels, cleaning supplies etc) were brand new. Regulating temperature with a space heater and keeping the room at a comfortable temperature was a challenge for me. Also a bit noisy from the two other units (one below and one next door). I didn’t think the other guests were loud, just that the walls may have been too thin. Space was spotless until I pulled the space heater that was tucked between the bed and the wall that had accumulated hair and dust bunnies from the floor. Hostess super responsive and accommodating. Met my expectations overall but didn’t feel it was a great value for the money. For the accommodations I would have expected to pay about 40% less.
