Wonderful place

The home was perfect for our golf outing. Everything we needed was provided. Beds were comfortable. My only issue was with internet service and the $3 coffee maker but otherwise a great place.

Perfect for what we needed

The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Check in was easy and convenient. We had 6 adults staying in the house and we enjoyed having bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple. The host was great and very responsive.

The property was very clean and well supplied. The owner was prompt to answer any questions or reply to any additional supplies that were needed. The property was very comfortable, especially the beds. The unit was nicely decorated with updated kitchen and bathrooms. It had a homey and welcoming appeal. We enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, the condition of the home did not meet our expectations, and we experienced several issues during our stay.The furniture was visibly worn and damaged, with rips, holes, and peeling on the chairs. The living room light did not work, and the garage door opener was not functional, so we had to manually open and hold the garage door to get a vehicle inside. The dishwasher had an unpleasant odor and brown standing water, so we did not feel comfortable using it. We also encountered a very large roach in the bathtub, and the tub drained slowly, leaving standing water. There was only one set of towels per bedroom, and some were old, visibly stained, and did not appear clean.The exterior also needed attention. The lawn was not maintained, and the backyard did not look like the one shown in the listing. Based on the photos, we expected a well-manicured outdoor space, but that was not our experience.That said, communication with the host/property management was excellent. They were responsive, took our concerns seriously, and kept us informed. Although they could not resolve the issues during our stay, they made an effort to make things right in other ways, which we appreciated.Overall, the communication and customer service were excellent, but the property needs maintenance, better upkeep, and improved cleanliness to match the listing.

Internet Goes Out

Nice place, recent build but on a loud street three blocks from the highway. Short walk to Ybor City attractions. Bring your own firestick and be prepared to run it from your phone's hotspot. Good communication and comfortable common space.

Everything was very nice and clean. A few suggestions: Washrag would be nice. Linens were fine, but there were no wash rags. The kitchen garbage can is broken and difficult to open. There was a RAT in the garage this morning when we opened the door.
