Cette maison a été complètement rénovée et joliment meublée cet automne. Bel espace extérieur avec barbecue, table à manger en plein air, piscine chauffée et bain à remous. Chaises longues confortables pour profiter du soleil et profiter du temps parfait en Floride. La cour arrière est entièrement clôturée pour donner l'intimité de votre famille. Cette maison offre un plan d'étage ouvert et assez d'espace pour les grandes familles. Le salon est grand et confortable avec une télévision intelligente à écran plat de 65 pouces, un home cinéma Samsung et un lecteur DVD.
La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un grand comptoir / bar pour les repas sous forme de buffet et les réceptions. Dans le cadre de notre plaisir pour nos clients, assurez-vous toujours que notre cave à vin est bien approvisionnée. La salle à manger familiale est assez grande pour 10 personnes. Garage pour 2 voitures également disponible. Des chaises de plage, des parasols, des serviettes de plage et des jouets de plage peuvent être fournis sur demande. Cette maison est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, la vaisselle, des verres et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un bon repas en famille ou pour une fête de famille. Cette maison est également bien équipée avec des serviettes, des draps et des oreillers supplémentaires et des couvertures pour toute la famille!

Home was in a questionable neighborhood. This is no fault of the owner, however there were neighbors yelling at each other intermittently throughout our stay, abandoned houses nearby, etc. The house was not kept up well. It was clean, however it was certainly not new. The hot tub was not functioning at all throughout our stay, and the owner stopped communicating about it at the halfway point of our stay. The pool worked fine. The house was well stocked with supplies.

Overall the house was good. We were bummed about the extra fee for the pool and hot tub and it was super chilly so we really needed it warm which took a few days to figure out but host was responsive. House worked pretty well for kids, a lock higher up on door to the pool was our only issue!. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities and the beds were very comfy.

Convenient and Accommodating

My family of 8 were in town for my sons wedding. This house worked out great for us. Very close to just about everything we needed. Plenty of space for a large group yet plenty of privacy when necessary. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice size home plenty of space for everyone. Quite neighborhood but still close to restaurants and stores. Home was clean and beds comfortable. Outdoor space was wonderful we spent much of our time out back playing board games or in the hot t/p00oltub/pool⁷

Great experience

Our group of 4 friends came down for spring training games and stayed the week at this beautiful home. It met our needs perfectly. Owner was very responsive to our needs. The property actually exceeded my friend’s expectations. A great stay with lots of laughs.

Great getaway

Our family had a great stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Communication was great with owner with fast replies. He was nice and let us check in 2 hours early which worked great for us. The inside of house was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend
