Island House Beach Resort, Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - Le grand 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain villa est appox. 1000 sq. Ft., Non-moquette et dispose d'un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine complète, tous les appareils, AC / chaleur, véranda projeté, parking central couvert, 3 téléviseurs, DVD, wi-fi gratuit dans l'unité! L'unité dispose d'un lit king size, 2 lits jumeaux. Il est à quelques pas des eaux bleues magnifiques sur le golfe du Mexique. Ce complexe très bien entretenu est situé sur la partie la plus large de Crescent Beach. Le complexe dispose de 2 cabines de plage, chaises de plage, grande piscine chauffée, salle de jeux ainsi que d'une cour pittoresque front de mer, où les couchers de soleil sont incroyables. Il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants, golf, tennis, pêche, canotage, parachute ascensionnel, galeries dans la région. Busch Gardens / Disney sont juste une courte distance en voiture. Venez passer vos vacances au Island House et que nous fassions un des plus mémorables!

Fantastic!

Amazing, spacious condo in a very quiet area! Short walking distance from the beach. Will stay here again when we come back to Siesta Key.

Clean, Relaxing and Well Equipment

My wife and I rented Villa 3 during the week of November 16, 2016. The property was very clean and comfortable. We loved the cozy, quiet and family friendly atmosphere of the property. The unit has great access to the private area of the beach. Island House resort is located at the quiet end of the island, which made for a calm, relaxing environment to celebrate our anniversary away from the kiddos. We will definitely go back, but next time will likely bring the kids!

Relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful time at Siesta Key and can’t wait to return! Villa 3 was an easy walk to the beautiful white sandy beach. Our place was well stocked with everything you might need, nicely decorated, and comfortable beds. We would stay here again!

Nice but not overly impressive.

There were many things about the villa we liked: Proximity to beach, overall villa design, private carport, multiple TVs. The following were issues that we did not like: mold in the window sill of one of the baths, mattresses on twin beds were uncomfortable, no placemats, coasters, dishwasher seemed older and did not get dishes clean, broken vertical blinds in living room.

Thank you for your comments. In the future, if you have any issues, please contact the "on site" Management office. We could have taken care of any issues that you may have had. The blinds just needed a clip, the coasters were in the coffee table drawer in the living room, the place mats were located in the cabinet above the refrigerator. We also have a full supply room on site if there is anything you cannot find. I will inform the owner of your opinion on the mattresses. That is the first complaint I have had on those. Beautiful property & great location

What a great place to stay in Siesta Key! Very well maintained and close to the beach. Easy to check in, well decorated and comfortable. Jonny's Free Ride was great to get down to the village and there are a lot of options for great food and entertainment. We had an excellent visit and look forward to going back in the future!
