Island House Beach Resort, Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Floride! Nouvellement rénové 2 chambres, 2 unité de bain. L'unité est d'env. 1000 sq. Ft. A un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, tous les appareils, centrale AC / Heat, parking couvert, véranda projeté, 3 TV à écran plat, dvd, dans l'unité Internet et interurbains illimités. L'unité a un roi, deux lits jumeaux, canapé-lit, peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il est situé à proximité de la piscine et est à une courte distance des belles eaux du golfe du Mexique. Ce complexe très bien entretenu dispose de 2 cabines de plage, chaises de plage, piscine chauffée, salle de jeux et une cour pittoresque front de mer où vous ferez l'expérience des couchers de soleil inoubliables. Il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants, golf, tennis, canotage, bikine, parachute ascensionnel, kayak dans la région. Bush Gardens, Adventure Island et Disney sont une courte distance en voiture. Lovely unit and complex!

This unit was exactly as pictured and described. Reviews were accurate. It is clean and updated and was very comfortable. The complex was lovely with fun amenities and beautiful beachfront. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Island House

We have been coming to Siesta Key for over 25 years. Island House is our favorite spot because of the "old Florida style" villas they have and the beautiful landscape with beach. Some places on the Key have "maximized" their property trying to fit as many condos into one property for the most profit. Island House is still spacious and private and reminds of the old Florida we originally fell in love with!

Just right villa

We loved our stay at Islandhouse Villas. V7 was show perfect. Our two kids enjoyed the twin beds. Super clean and had all the supplies we needed. I’m glad I brought 8 beach towels. The sand was amazingly soft. We didn’t know the pool was heated and kids loved night swimming. Central to everywhere! I loved the Siesta Key Village and was hopping with things to do. I also loved how the beach seemed more private with blue waters galore. We got picked up for our banana boat right there too!

Our villa is always clean and is conveniently located between the pool and the beach. The only improvement I would suggest is the sliding blinds on the slider door. They constantly fall off when opening and closing them. Possibly a different window treatment would rectify this issue. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

I used blankets to cover the fabric couches. They looked worn. Lighting needs to be improved.

Overall very nice place. Nice people. Beautiful beach, pool was great! The owner is very responsive and seems genuinely interested in making the experience great!

There were tons of ants all over. The porch was gross. The pull out was very uncomfortable. The washer and dryers were gross as well.

Thank you for the comments. The unit was totally updated in the beginning of 2021 so not sure what you are talking about. Mattresses are tough to judge as some guests like firm, some soft, some medium. I will say that mattresses is less than a year old. You were supplied with 8 sets of towels in the unit for 4 guests. The more guests you pay for determines the number of towels giving out. You have 4 on your reservations That should have been plenty. Obviously you had more than 4 guests if you had the need to use a sleeper sofa I have yet to find a sleeper sofa that is comfortable. Any potential new renter, pleas take a look at the pictures of the porch. They are current photos. It is a lanai with a table and 4 chairs so i am not sure what this guest meant as "gross". Florida is a sub tropical enviroment and we have been in the middle of a drought causing ants when guests leave open food on counters. Please read the other reviews on this unit and you will get a 'true" review. Thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been returning to Island House since 1980 and this year did not disappoint. The unit was clean and comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen accessories. All 5 star ratings...but always room for suggestions...the vertical blind slats were of different lengths, and some would fall off, or not close easily...preventing privacy at night. Several suggestions for property management...the beach chair crew bumped us from our chairs on several occasions at least 30 minutes before sunset. That is often the nicest part of the day. I understand the need to collect the furniture, but perhaps it could be delayed until after sunset? Also, guests in one of the apartment units was not as respectful of other IH guests or IH property, often leaving their toys, bikes, and even garbage (boxes of beer cans, etc.) on/blocking the courtyard sidewalks.

Much needed getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about the Island House, we were so impressed by the cleanliness and how well kept the grounds were! Everyday the maintenance and grounds team were on their golf carts , getting garbage, power washing the drives and just generally keeping everything in beautiful shape.We stayed in Villa 7, we had a minute walk to the pool and maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach. Honestly we were so happy and enjoyed ourselves so much, I will definitely recommend Island House Beach Resort and would gladly stay there again!
