The property had everything we needed for a great stay in Estes Park. The location was also extremely convenient with dining and shopping all in walking distance.

This condo is a great location in downtown Estes Park. It is large and beautifully decorated with a full living room and kitchen along with a king size bed in a large sleeping area. The full bathroom has a walk in shower and an attached laundry room. All necessities are included. Parking is free in a nearby lot. We walked everywhere except for when we went to the park to hike.

We found the bed and furniture were not very comfortable for us. A hide-a-bed which the seat cushions kept sliding forward. It was a nice place, but seemed to try to appeal to aesthetics instead of comfort.

Great location, we were able to walk to everything downtown. Parking was a challenge since it is a public lot on very crowded weekends and we had a hard time with that. The bed definitely needs new pillows. Washer and dryer is a great amenity but there was no laundry detergent, which wasn’t a big deal for us since we weren’t there long. I’d definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

This is our third year coming to Estes and this was by far the best lodging experience we’ve had. The property was secure, clean, had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the location was fantastic. If we decide to come back for a 4th year this will definitely be on the top of the list for lodging!

We had a great experience staying in the heart of downtown Estes Park. We enjoyed seeing all the sidewalk traffic and the elk on Main Street.We were able to take long morning walks before the sleepy tourist town wakes up. After dark it's as quiet as any small town. We highly recommend the Estes Park Main Street experience.

We had a great stay! The unit was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and appointed, and had a great location on the main strip. Parking was very easy, and we never had trouble finding a spot in the lot behind the building. Very easy to get over to RMNP and back. We didn't really use the kitchen, but it looked very well stocked. The building was quiet, and we had no issues with noise or anything. Bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. Shower was huge with great pressure. Full sized washer and dryer were very helpful for our long trip. We'd gladly stay here again!

Great location in Estes Park. Close to all of the shops and walkable. Parking was easy. It was very clean and stocked when we arrived. Can confirm you need sleep masks though with the sky light unless you are an early morning riser. And it would be nice if there were black outs for the pull out sofa sleepers. The pull out sofa was comfortable for the kids which some aren’t so it was appreciated. The building itself is nice and quiet and we had no trouble with noise even though being on the main drag. After a long day of hiking in the Rockies it was nice to sit on the balcony and relax.

Great place and very responsive and kind owner

We really enjoyed our stay in this location. Perfectly placed within the downtown area. Balcony overlooks shops and restaurants, easily walkable to many different places. Would definitely recommend.

Downtown Estes

Location was awesome but the unit itself was VERY hard to find. Maybe some pictures with the listing would be helpful or more details. And cell reception on the street is non existent so that made it difficult too. There were no towels left out for our stay so I had to dig through a wicker basket to find some to use. More details about parking for a second vehicle would have been helpful too. (Details like where to park overnight for a second vehicle.) other than that, it was clean and safe.

This loft is ideally situated in the heart of downtown and just a few minutes drive from RMNP, giving guests the best that Estes Park has to offer.

Sitting on the deck in the morning sun was my favorite thing to do. The great room also has so much light, it almost feels like being outside. This property is one-of-a-kind in Estes Park, for those with a love of the mountains, but aren't the 'cabin' type. It's a great combination of a mountain getaway with all the amenities you'd expect from a luxury property.
