This one bedroom penthouse in Las Peñas de Teresa boasts incredible views with its panoramic glass walls you have incredible views throughout the condo. King size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room smart tvs in both living room and bedroom, high speed wifi for those working remotely. Huge patio with lots of seating, loungers and overlooking the bay and city. Bathroom has large shower and washer/dryer also. Air conditioners in both kitchen/living room and bedroom and also ceiling fans throughout. Condo is located in Zona romantica beach and ocean are across the street and 10-15 minute walk to the center of town or malecon. Building also features a pool with loungers and outdoor shower. This condo is truly a unique experience spend your days and nights overlooking all of Vallarta and the bay.

The panoramic views from the unit and private terrace are outstanding and breathtaking. From the moment I entered the unit, the views were captivating. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. Be aware that the climb up to the building is steep; if you're walking, be prepared to navigate lots of steps and steep, cobblestone hills. When you reach the apartment (likely out of breath and sweaty), the views are well worth it. Physical fitness is definitely required, unless you plan to uber/taxi every time you go out and return; this is not a complaint, because I personally enjoy walking everywhere, but a heads-up to others who may not be up for the physical challenge.

Stunning Views, but Lacks Essential Upkeep!While the layout of this condo is excellent and the views are truly exceptional, the interior experience didn't live up to the surroundings. Several maintenance issues dampened my stay: the shower takes several minutes to produce hot water, I encountered ants, and there were remnants of dead insects on the walls. The property felt like it hadn't been deep-cleaned recently, and the towels provided felt overdue for a replacement.Potential guests should also be aware that the property sits on a very steep hill. While walking down is manageable, walking up is quite strenuous—budget for a taxi or Uber if you aren't up for a climb. This rental has the potential to be a 5-star stay if the owner invests in a deep clean and some basic modernizations.
