Welcome to "Serenity Landing" located in Topsail Beach's Serenity Point development on the southern tip of Topsail Island.

Enjoy breathtaking views of rolling dunes and the ocean.

Stroll to the TWO BEACHES: the sandy sound side beach less than 2 minutes walk and the ocean beach access just 5 minute walk.

Walk from beach to beach, and soak in beautiful Serenity Point at the tip of the island.

Take a dip in the community pool (open Memorial Day through September) just across the street.

Dine or have cocktails al fresco while enjoying the ocean and dune views from the deck.

You'll feel like you go back in time when you vacation at Topsail Beach--you'll find a roller rink, mini golf and arcade, sandwich shop, corner market, bookstore with a wine bar and live music, homemade ice cream shops, and so much more.

Serenity Point is true serenity!

🐶 We would love to host your dogs! We allow up to 2 well-trained dogs for a $150 (+tax) flat pet fee. (Sorry, no cats due to allergies.) Dogs are welcome on the beach on Topsail Island, and you will see many people dining outside with their dogs at the local restaurants.

🍳🛋️🍽️ Kitchen/Living/Dining Area: renovated, large smart TV and access to the deck overlooking the rolling dunes and ocean.

🛌🏻 Bedroom 1: king master, upper level w/ ocean views, smart TV, spacious closet, and ensuite bathroom.

🛌🏻 Bedroom 2: queen + twin bedroom, upper level w/ smart TV.

🛌🏻 Loft: twin bed

🛀 2.5 Bathrooms+outdoor shower: 2 full bathrooms on upper level (a shower in the master, and a shower/tub combo in the hall bathroom), plus a half bath on the lower level; enclosed hot/cold shower on the carport level

👚Laundry: new washer and dryer in the lower level half bath.

🪑Deck: 2 lounge chairs, 2 bar-height deck chairs, dining table with 6 stools

🚗🚿 Carport: hot/cold enclosed shower + parking for up to two cars (no street parking is allowed), beach cart, boogie boards, beach chairs available for you to use

All linens are included: your beds will be freshly made, and there are beach and bath towels for you to use.

Great get away
Really liked our stay at Serenity Point. It is in very close walking proximity to the sound and the beach. And while everything was very clean and the communication was excellent, the place seems a little outdated, especially the bathrooms. I think it is a little overpriced for what you get, but then again location is awesome

Perfect family beach location, a host that loves the home
The house is located at the South end of Topsail and adjacent to ocean and sound access, so there is a nice 1 mile (or so) walk around the tip of the island. So quiet and beautiful. We were able to walk our dogs off leash for portions of it. Our kids loved it too. The house is clean, modern, and very well stocked. The host communicated promptly and clearly and made sure our stay went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice spot away from the busy area of the island
Everything was provided for us! I definitely over packed and over prepared because this property had everything we needed. Detergents for clothes, dishes.. hand soaps, fresh linens, the main bedroom even has a sound sleep machine which I had packed my own from home and didn't even need. This place was great ! And the property manager was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond .

Just what we needed for a long weekend
If you are looking for a relaxing beach stay in a beautiful setting for you and your family, look no further! At the last minute, we booked a trip with our twin girls to Topsail beach and we couldn't have been happier. Check-in was easy, the location was perfect, the property was clean and perfectly decorated, and our host, Krisha, was on top of everything. We didn't want to leave and hope to be back next year. If we could have given it 6 stars, we would have!

Our family of seven lives in the Charleston area, and we enjoy spending time in both the beaches and mountains of NC with our kids and extended family.

My family built Twin Landings in 1993, and we have made incredible family memories there ever since, as have the many other families who have rented it over the years. Twin Landings is an oceanfront property, with two separate 4-bedroom houses that can be rented separately, or, when the top deck that connects the homes is opened up, a large group can rent both together. In addition to Twin Landings, we have two more wonderful properties in Surf City. Surf Landing is located on the second row in the S-curve, in the heart of Surf City. Beach access is right across the street, and it is just a few steps from all of the fun restaurants and shops of Surf City. Soundside Landing is direct waterfront on the intracoastal in the Island Oaks neighborhood. The views of the marsh and intracoastal waterway are incredible, and the private dock is perfect for launching a stand-up paddle board or kayak to explore. Beach access at Soundside Landing is a less than 5-minute walk away, directly across from the entrance of the neighborhood.

Our newest property is Serenity Landing, a 2-bedroom plus loft condo in the peaceful Serenity Landing community, that features a community pool and beach access. The views of the rolling dunes and ocean on the southern tip of the island are spectacular, and you can from sound to ocean side along the sandy beach.

Our mountain property, Wolf Ridge, is a chalet-style cabin located in Murphy, NC and offers gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The views are spectacular! Murphy is known as "the gateway to the Smoky Mountains." Our favorite thing to do is sit on the top deck, and watch the wildlife come from the woods into the grassy area below. We have seen deer, raccoons, rabbits, and even a bear! Hummingbirds and the colorful birds of North Carolina also regularly visit the deck.
