Séjournez dans l'une des seules suites à deux chambres de l'Island Inn Resort.

Ce grand condo en bord de mer se joint à deux cabines séparées dans un seul espace. Le condo entier a été récemment rénové avec tous les nouveaux meubles et literie, et est entièrement mis à jour avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Cette combinaison de chambre spéciale fait pour un lieu de vacances en famille exceptionnelle, ou une chambre spacieuse pour deux. Rester ici vous donne deux des premiers Island Inn Studios, avec deux balcons privés en bord de mer, deux salles de bain complètes, et un salon confortable avec TV grand écran. Il n'y a absolument rien d'autre comme ça au resort!

La chambre principale combine la cuisine principale, avec une table à manger avec une salle pour six, et un lit king size donnant sur la plage. Le premier balcon sort de la chambre à coucher, et offre un endroit privé pour se détendre, lire, bronzer, regarder les gens, ou admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil du golfe du Mexique. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec suffisamment d'ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles, poêles et ustensiles de cuisine pour prendre soin d'une maison pleine, et est joliment décorée avec de nouveaux armoires, comptoirs en granit, et des appareils en acier inoxydable.

La deuxième chambre combine un confortable lit double, une salle de bain privée et un coin salon unique avec un grand canapé-lit très confortable et une chaise assortie surdimensionnée. Il y a beaucoup de place pour tout le monde se détendre dans ce domaine, et comprend une grande télévision à écran plat et son propre balcon donnant sur la plage.

L'Island Inn Resort est directement sur le sable, avec une fabuleuse piscine chauffée en front de mer, le Resort Tiki Bar, des terrains de volley et, bien sûr, le golfe du Mexique par la porte arrière. Le célèbre bar Caddie's Beachfront est à quelques minutes à pied sur le sable, et vous pouvez prendre le tram jusqu'au village de John's Pass juste devant la porte d'entrée. Le Resort a son propre quai sur la baie pour pêcher ou tirer votre bateau, et il y a des endroits pour louer des kayaks ou Stand Up Paddleboards à proximité.

Perfect location

Love the location, steps from the beach and Close to everything. Love how peaceful mornings are and you can’t beat the sunset. Tiki bar is perfect for a cooling break from the sun. Will be back for sure.

Relaxing weekend

The location and access to the beach was very good and the pool and tiki bar were great amenities that we enjoyed during our short stay. This unit seemed a little dated and saw opportunities for some maintenance, but didn’t prevent us from having a good stay.

Location is perfect! Beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. Loved walking out from our room to the beach and watching sunsets from our balcony. The room included many beach supplies which was amazing (please add this to your listing, because we didn't know and brought our own). Kitchen could have been improved with additional silverware and a few more cooking supplies.

We had a wonderful time overall, and the beach view and easy beach access were truly the highlight of our stay. The kitchen was nicely stocked with updated dishes, which we appreciated. The bathroom towels were soft and seemed newer, which was great. However, the beach towels were quite worn, stained, and in need of replacement. We ended up purchasing our own, as the ones provided did not feel usable.In terms of cleanliness, this is where we were disappointed. The floors did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned—within minutes of arriving, my daughter’s socks were really dirty from walking around. We didn’t feel comfortable going barefoot during our stay.The beds could also use some attention. While the sheets seemed clean, the mattresses were noticeably worn, with visible stains and indentations. The pillows also appeared aged and stained, and replacing them would greatly improve comfort and overall impression.There are also a few maintenance items that, if addressed, would make a big difference. The trim could use fresh paint, and the bathroom door had a hole in it. The sink in Room 210 drained very slowly. Additionally, while the balcony chairs were nice, a small table on the deck in Room 209 would have made the space more functional.With some updates—particularly improved cleaning, fresh paint, newer flooring, and refreshed linens—this property could truly live up to its incredible location. I’m not trying to be rude—just honest and hopefully helpful.”

Quick Get Away

We had a great quick trip, we arrived late as we experienced a flight delay and no issues getting checked in and into our room. Once in the room, everything was expected! The space is great with two separate living areas and two balconies to sit and look at the water. The access to the beach was easy and efficient. Plenty of places to walk to for lunch! The umbrella service was reasonably priced as well! I would stay here again!

Gorgeous views and uncrowded beaches!

We had a really nice and relaxing spring break vacay! Treasure Island has breathtaking sunsets, a trolley to take you around town and a lot of sea life to enjoy. Can't wait to make a trip back!

The location was perfect. The property was nice. The unit I stayed in was very dated and some of the appliances I couldn’t get to work or work very well. The stove does not heat up well at all and I never got the toaster oven to work.

Amazing location and Views

The building and unit are definitely dated and could use some updates. Parking was very difficult with the construction and work taking place on the outside of the building. However, the two balconies on the unit, the ability to rent cabanas on the beach and the amazing views were great! The location is definitely what you pay for and it’s worth every penny. Many restaurants and things to do in close proximity.

Wonderful location but not clean

Stayed here for 2 nights. Wonderful location and the staff was ok. Condo was not very clean and needed some repairs. Main condo door is very hard to open along with back sliding door. Upon entering condo smelt like Marijuana. Stain/dirt on comforter, coffee pot very dirty, ceiling fans and behind tvs very dusty, dirty under furniture, air conditioning units dirty, cabinets dirty, alive coach roach came running out from under coach. I read reviews before we planned our stay and read negative comments about the cleanliness and assumed they would have fixed the issue but doesnt seem to be how it works. I knew it was an older condo which is great but as long as it is clean.

good location but not as we expected on the facilities

loved the location, room size was perfect for our size, however it was not that clean, stove was not working and was a hassle, maintenance guy never came back to fix the stove.
