The bright and airy living space decorated with playful sea turtle and boho accents features comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and oversized dining. Plush sleeping arrangements await in the primary with a hybrid Posturepedic king, while the guest room features a pyramid bunk and oversized closets. Downstairs, a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and a daybed trundle cozily tucked under the staircase accommodates additional sleeping. Brand new modern appliances, full size washer and dryer, and private outdoor spaces complete the rental.

Splendid home away from home

Wonderful Family Trip

Great location to the beach and the house is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The owner is very responsive. We also brought our dog which was important for us. This is one of the few properties we could find in this location that accepted small dogs and in a good price range.

Great beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay. About a five minute walk to the beach. They provided a wagon, some chairs, and other fun beach items. Close to everything we needed to be around. A great vacation!

Sea Turtle Heaven

This was the perfect rental for our family of 4. The sea turtle theme is adorable! The condo was very spacious for our family of 4. It is truly only a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. We were super close to so many attractions and Pier Park. The beds were also very cozy. We will be back again. Thank you for a wonderful place for our mini vacation.

Playa Tortuga PCB

One of the best rental properties we have stayed at! Everything was super clean and we could tell a lot of effort went into making this place so nice! Great location and beach access is close with easy short 5 min walk to the beach! Easy to communicate with host too. Definitely would recommend this place!

Fantastic, Clean, Perfect Location

The condo was exactly as shown in the listing. The check-in process was seamless, and the condo was clean. The location was great! You can walk out of the back of the complex and be on the beach in less than 5 minutes. The bed was so comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to fix home meals. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. We can't wait to come back.

Mother's Day Getaway

Convenient easy walk to the beach. Home was clean and stocked with all the essentials including beach chairs & a cooler. Quick drive to Seaside Square and the airport. The subdivision itself needs TLC.

Beach Home Away from Home!!

The place was very clean and had all the things you could think of! Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, beach things, and games!!! Its hard to find a rental with living areas that have plenty of comfortable seating for a family of 4 but this had it all!! Drew was very easy to work with and was very prompt in replying back!! Thanks for letting us stay!

Great Stay

Property was great! There was everything we needed. It was just a short, easy walk to the beach. Pool was a great resource on our double red flag days! Close drive to parks, mini golf, and go-karts! We walked to Mike's Oyster Bar for dinner, we got groceries from the Carousel Supermarket, and we played basketball and hung for a bit at Frank Brown park. This stay worked great for our family! Great location and cozy condo

I stayed at this condo with my husband and 2 dogs and we had a great time. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable and soft. Although the property does not have a fenced yard/area for the dogs, there was enough grass in the back and surrounding areas for them to use. Potty bags and trash can were available near the condo, past the beach access and that worked for us. We particularly loved: 1. Location - it really is a 5 minute walk away from the beach. 2. Dog beach - If you’re taking dogs, you’d have to drive about 6 mins to get to the dog beach area, at Pier Park. The beach is clean and water is clear, our dogs had a blast and I think it was totally worth the drive. 3. Food - the property is pretty close to great restaurants, but our “wow meal” was at Mike’s Oyster bar. Incredible flavors and great service. I recommend the coconut shrimp, you won’t regret it! Overall, it was an awesome vacation and we were able to share this experience with our dogs, which we will always treasure.
