Communication was excellent, booking was a very easy process. Only had issues with the heater in the casita which was a bummer because it was pretty cold but the unit had plenty of blankets. Was a lot of sand on the couch when we got there, tried to vacuum it up but the vacuum doesn’t seem to work. Other than that great stay and was very comfortable & can’t beat the view & location.
A little Sand in couch but it didn’t stop us from being comfortable

We were extremely happy with the property. It was a very amazing location. The patio right on the river was fantastic. It was very clean and homie and I definitely loved how there wasn’t a book with 200 rules to stay. There were plenty of appliances and everything we needed. We would definitely 100% be booking again. The only downfall to the property is how far it is from town to get groceries but now that we know how far it is, we will get them prior to coming out, but that is the only complaint we had and that’s not even the properties fault. It was a 10 out of 10! Thank you for this day and we will see you soon!

The location was great. The rooms were clean however we did see one Cucaracha in the kitchen. but even with that we didn’t care, it’s a very hot location. The mosquitoes were a problem also. The only thing that made me sad/disappointed is the river was not really swimmable. The water in front of the house was dirty and had a bad odor (smell came from the dense shoreline plant growth from under the waterline)like rotten eggs. There was no sand, so you needed shoes to get to the river. Very rocky no steps or a way straight to the river. We rented a boat and overall, we had a great time.
