Welcome to your perfect riverfront vacation rental on the Parker Strip! Ice cold AC! This patriotic theme, tiny house is the perfect getaway for a family or small group of friends who are looking to relax and have some fun in the sun. The house features a comfortable queen bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area where you can kick back and relax. The upstairs loft has two additional queen beds. Adjacent to the tiny house is a beautiful casita, featuring a queen bed, bathroom, and mini kitchen.

Step outside and enjoy your private patio area, complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, where you can cook up a feast with your family and friends. , perfect for additional guests or relatives visiting from out of town.

Located in the River Lodge Resort on the California side of the Colorado River, you will have access to 2 boat launches and buoys to tie up your own boat. Rent a lily pad or kayak to explore the river and surrounding areas at your leisure. Stays longer than 30 days are subject to electric and/or gas charges.

Please note Parker Dam is closed from 11pm-5am. If you are arriving during those hours or are towing a trailer you have to cross to the California side though the town of Parker.
