This was an amazing stay! We rolled in late with a bigger group and our hosts were excellent with communication and so gracious! It was a beautiful and very clean place! I would give the highest recommendation!

Parking was easy, short walk to shopping and restaurants and a quick Uber ride to downtown. Great location and exactly as described. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful 2 bedroom well furnished apartment with great interior design/decor and very convenient close to centennial park and markets/restaurants. Indoor parking spaces were narrow and sleeper sofa was uncomfortable and noisy. The smaller bedroom close to the door had some water leak on the floor from toilet.

Disappointing Experience for an Extended Work StayThe property itself was okay, but our overall experience was extremely frustrating. We travel frequently, and this was our worst rental experience to date.We stayed over 30 days for work, and the internet went down more than 80 times, including one outage lasting over 12 hours. Because it happened on a Sunday, we were told internet issues weren’t considered an after-hours emergency, despite the internet also running the property’s only TV. The problem was NEVER resolved during our stay.Other issues included an overheating stove (eventually repaired), lights flickering throughout the property, especially in the master bedroom (never fixed), and a filthy washing machine that remained dirty even after I ran two cleaning cycles.Management’s responses were inconsistent. Sometimes we felt they genuinely wanted to help, only to be met with excuses, no resolution, or expectations that WE diagnose the problems ourselves.When paying substantial money for a 30 day stay, guests shouldn’t be expected to serve as maintenance and technical support. Problems happen, but how they’re handled matters. Unfortunately, the lack of resolution and follow-through made this stay unnecessarily stressful and disappointing.We would not stay here again.

This place was a great location for our family. We traveled with our 10-year old and we weren't interested in the Downtown area much. We did go downtown and it was quite close and an easy drive. The free parking was amazing as it seems everywhere you go in Nashville it will cost you to park. The place itself was very spacious for the three of us. We loved the decor, and it was nice to have a place to come home to. Beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean and welcoming.
