The check-in was a bit complicated. Fortunately someone who works at the property helped us out. The parking permit and key fob were not in the room but staff did get it to us promptly. The location was great. Convenient to downtown by either a short walk or Uber. Hosts always responded quickly to any questions or concerns.

The place was spacious and comfortable for 2 couples, beds were comfortable enough, and good location. However we didn’t find it cozy- the place could use better lighting and a few rugs and throw blankets to make it more comfy and homey.

We love the location of the property. But the kitchen was poorly appointed. There was no dish to put in the oven or baking pan to put in the oven. There was no can opener wine opener, no spices at all. Needed more appliances and utensils in the kitchen for sure. The master bed squeaked like crazy every time you moved it was very hard to sleep.Many lightbulbs were out We would not stay here againthe sink in the master bedroom backed up every day.

We weren’t given a code to the front door of the building and had to wait for someone to get us in. The property is very nice and the unit was nice. There were issues. There were light bulbs missing or not working in a number of lamps/fixtures. I had to message, after arriving at the property, for the entry and WiFi codes. There were no bath mats and only 2 washcloths left in 2 bathrooms for three adults staying 3 nights. There were no laundry detergent or dryer sheets. The main bathroom was not clean, hair in the bathtub and inch thick dust on the shower surround.

Love this place! The detailed check in was great. We very much enjoyed our trip! My only issue was the king size bed was too firm for my taste. I love love that there is is not a twelve step process to check out like a lot of other places!

Property was in a quiet and safe location. Short ride to Broadway. Very close to Midtown, Vanderbilt University and Centennial Park. Plenty of space in the condo for 4 people.

Nice place with great location

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The unit was clean, A/C worked great, loved the little private balcony and appreciated the garage parking. It was quiet and secure. We had a bit of difficulty with the access code and management was available by phone and instantly rectified it. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and some Nashville attractions. We would definitely stay here again.
