Are you looking for an amazing mountain retreat getaway? Do you enjoy hiking, biking, riding ATV's, and exploring the outdoors? How about enjoying morning coffee overlooking pine & aspen trees? Napping in a hammock for no reason at all, or soaking in the hotter under the stars? This retreat has it all!
Tucked away in Higgins Gulch this beautiful property has 5 bedroom, 3 baths, and can sleep up to 16 people comfortably. Amazing wrap around decks that capture the best of the hills and trees!
You will enjoy a 20 acre mountain lot with walking paths and unparalleled views of 1.2 million acres of forest service land. There is a master suite on the 2nd floor with an on-suite bathroom. A guest bedroom also on the 2nd floor with a full bathroom close by. There is a great room with fireplace and large screen tv and a kitchen with a large island and a large eating area overlooking the deck.
The lower level has 3 additional bedrooms and another full bathroom, along with a living area with kitchenette and TV

Raised on a Ranch that borders Wyoming & South Dakota where I learned to enjoy the outdoors. Settled in Spearfish over 20 years ago and decided to develop rental properties so people from across the globe could come and enjoy the beautiful Black Hills.

What's not to like! The mountains and valleys filled with towering pines and aspen trees. Higgins Gulch is nestled in a gorgeous valley that borders tons of hiking trails such as Crow Peak. We are also close to Spearfish Canyon
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
I created a 14' rock wall with a cascading waterfall that flows into a pond.
You can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on either of the decks looking at the night sky, or the massive rock wall waterfall.
Very Peaceful!
