Comptoirs en granit, armoires en bois foncé et appareils en acier inoxydable accentués par des rouges profonds et bronzage apaisantes créent une aura cool et sophistiqu��. De plus, sa place sur le coin est du Jade East Towers combinée avec 17 histoires de hauteur modes les vues les plus ��tonnantes de Choctawhatchee Bay et les eaux émeraude scintillantes du Golfe. Miles de blanc arbres de sable et de palmiers sont la toile de fond parfaite pour des vacances parfaites.

Jade East bénéficie également d'un excellent emplacement dans le milieu du Destin. Une variété de restaurants appétissants, terrains de golf immaculées et l'air passionnants centres commerciaux ouverts sont tous à quelques minutes. Ou profiter de toutes les grandes infrastructures de droit sur le site!

Really nice condo

The condo is extremely nice inside and a great view. The building itself is a little dated and in need of some upgrades. The ‘fitness center is pretty bad so don’t plan on a great workout while you are there. Also, the listing advertised that it could sleep 8 since there was a sleeper sofa. But when we arrived, there was no sleeper. We had to buy an air mattress.

We appreciate your feedback on the building and fitness center and have forwarded your comments to the association since they are responsible for the common areas. We apologize for the confusion in regards to the sleeper sofa. However, after researching, we confirmed that our website does not mention a sleeper sofa and indicates the rental sleeps six. You may have seen this on the third party website that you booked on which is incorrect. For this reason, we encourage guests to book direct with Newman-Dailey for accuracy and best rates. May 2019 Stay

Family of 4 adults enjoyed it very much. Beautiful unit and view. Nicely updated. Basic cleaning supplies would have been helpful, but we picked up some at store. Only negative issue was the mattress on the master bedroom bed. It was severely sunk in where worn from sleepers and sleep was difficult. Rotated the mattress to no avail, so purchased inflatable raft to put over hole. Don’t laugh but it worked. With that minor exception, everything else was incredible.

We are happy to report the property manager spoke with the owner and they have purchased a brand new mattress for the Master Bedroom. Unfortunately, due to Florida Law, we are not able to provide cleaning supplies for safety and health reasons. Again, we are happy that you thought everything was incredible and we hope you will come back to enjoy that new mattress!

We loved waking up, looking out the floor to ceiling windows to see the emerald coast! Comfy beds and recliner furniture. Box fans in the closets of the bedrooms, which is nice for those who get warm at night. The kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed our week and would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful destination.

The master shower was huge but needed something on the floor because it was slippery. The jet tub was fantastic but one of the jets needed replacing. Overall, I would go back every year. Because it was so nice.

I can't even begin to explain how gorgeous this rental & location is! You have to see it to believe it!! The check-in & check-out process was a breeze! Loved the code for the door instead of cards we often lose! The condo is beautifully decorated & well maintained! It seemed recently updated & they chose the perfect flooring, appliances, cabinetry, & furniture! The rooms & unit as a whole is very spacious! Definitely room for a large family! Oh the view!! The view from the living room, master bedroom, & balcony is absolutely breathtaking! Amazing views of the beautiful water & sand from the 17th floor! Easy & fast access to the pool & beach! It's literally right outside of the back door of the building! Also, can't forget the reserved front row parking spot for the unit! It was awesome to not have to worry about finding a parking spot or having to park very far from the building & carry your items! It was our first time in Destin & we will definitely be returning!! P.S. we travel very often & this was by far the best unit so far!

The home was beautiful and you couldn’t ask for a better view! Beds were comfortable. Our family 4 adults and two 17 year olds) has plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were great too!

the room was perfect. the best we have every stayed in for sure. we will be coming back just to stay in this room. everything you could tell had been updated and very well taken care of. very spacious where everyone can enjoy their own space. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!!

Wonderful!

My family of 6 stayed and enjoyed this condo very much! Super convenient to the beach and restaurants... only one issue is the air conditioner to the master isn't sufficient, however they have two fans they provided that made it bearable. We would recommend this condo and would stay here again in the future.
