Breathtaking views, and very comfortable stay. We appreciated the binoculars (saw several manatees, dolphins, and a stingray!) and also the box fans in each room. Very friendly staff and extremely clean, even in the hallways and elevators.

We loved waking up, looking out the floor to ceiling windows to see the emerald coast! Comfy beds and recliner furniture. Box fans in the closets of the bedrooms, which is nice for those who get warm at night. The kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed our week and would highly recommend this condo.

Really nice condo

The condo is extremely nice inside and a great view. The building itself is a little dated and in need of some upgrades. The ‘fitness center is pretty bad so don’t plan on a great workout while you are there. Also, the listing advertised that it could sleep 8 since there was a sleeper sofa. But when we arrived, there was no sleeper. We had to buy an air mattress.

We appreciate your feedback on the building and fitness center and have forwarded your comments to the association since they are responsible for the common areas. We apologize for the confusion in regards to the sleeper sofa. However, after researching, we confirmed that our website does not mention a sleeper sofa and indicates the rental sleeps six. You may have seen this on the third party website that you booked on which is incorrect. For this reason, we encourage guests to book direct with Newman-Dailey for accuracy and best rates. Thanks for letting us know. We look forward to welcoming you back to the beach.

May 2019 Stay

Family of 4 adults enjoyed it very much. Beautiful unit and view. Nicely updated. Basic cleaning supplies would have been helpful, but we picked up some at store. Only negative issue was the mattress on the master bedroom bed. It was severely sunk in where worn from sleepers and sleep was difficult. Rotated the mattress to no avail, so purchased inflatable raft to put over hole. Don’t laugh but it worked. With that minor exception, everything else was incredible.

We are happy to report the property manager spoke with the owner and they have purchased a brand new mattress for the Master Bedroom. Unfortunately, due to Florida Law, we are not able to provide cleaning supplies for safety and health reasons. Again, we are happy that you thought everything was incredible and we hope you will come back to enjoy that new mattress!

My girlfriends and I are middle aged and want a nice place with emphasis on beachfront and convenience & we got both in this place. Condo exactly as described. Clean, well organized, no trouble getting right onto the beach from the condo (no crossing streets, etc). LOVED the access to a private beach right from the back door-amenities in the condo were standard, but the ice machine was genius and so handy! Furniture and beds were higher quality than you usually see in rentals, AC worked well and showers all had hot water even when all 3 were going at the same time. Checkout was easy-never had trouble with the code for the door. This condo was also quiet and we appreciated not being woken up with loud parties. We are seriously considering returning to this condo next year!

Beautiful destination.

The master shower was huge but needed something on the floor because it was slippery. The jet tub was fantastic but one of the jets needed replacing. Overall, I would go back every year. Because it was so nice.

5 star property

I can't even begin to explain how gorgeous this rental & location is! You have to see it to believe it!! The check-in & check-out process was a breeze! Loved the code for the door instead of cards we often lose! The condo is beautifully decorated & well maintained! It seemed recently updated & they chose the perfect flooring, appliances, cabinetry, & furniture! The rooms & unit as a whole is very spacious! Definitely room for a large family! Oh the view!! The view from the living room, master bedroom, & balcony is absolutely breathtaking! Amazing views of the beautiful water & sand from the 17th floor! Easy & fast access to the pool & beach! It's literally right outside of the back door of the building! Also, can't forget the reserved front row parking spot for the unit! It was awesome to not have to worry about finding a parking spot or having to park very far from the building & carry your items! It was our first time in Destin & we will definitely be returning!! P.S. we travel very often & this was by far the best unit so far!
