JUST WHAT I NEEDED Private Pool and Spa Vacation Home !!
This BEAUTIFUL Mediterranean Townhome with 2 Master Suites, Private Heated Pool and Spa, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Located in the Gated and very popular Community of Tuscan Hills.
Our spacious home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms which offer each member of the family something unique and can sleep up to 10 people. The kitchen, dining, and living area is open plan which allows for your family to spend quality time in multiple areas. It is fully air-conditioned with a spacious family living area with a large sectional sofa for all the family to enjoy together while watching our 4K Roku TV.
Our kitchen has a breakfast bar area that seats 4 and a fully equipped kitchen consisting of a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table seating 8 for family meals before and after a fun-packed day at the parks.
We have 4 bedrooms here so plenty of space for larger families and there is also a games room.
2 Master Bedrooms 1 on each floor, downstairs master has a King-size bed, sliding doors to a private courtyard area, and a walk-in closet. The adjoining en-suite bathroom has a garden tub, single basin, and walk-in shower.
The upstairs Master bedroom also has a King-size bed and walk-in closet. The adjoining en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and basin.
The space-themed has a King-size bed and a walk-in closet.
The 2 Disney-themed twin Bedrooms each have 2 single beds with 1 of the room a bunk bed perfect for 2 and walk-in closets.
The family bathroom has a bath/shower combo and a single basin.
Enjoy our private pool and spa, perfect for relaxing in the Florida sun on rest days from the big Orlando attractions. The pool and spa can be enjoyed year-round with our complimentary spa heat and the option of heating the pool with our gas heater in the cooler months.
Our deck is fully screened with a good amount of privacy accompanied by outdoor seating and loungers. The pool deck is east-facing allowing you and your family to start your day with enchanting sunrises.
Our home is not suitable for events or parties.
We have strict Homeowner Association rules regarding noise and parking, and we appreciate all guests who accommodate these so that any neighboring guests can enjoy their stay.
We only allow two cars in front of our property as there are parking spaces for 2. Additional parking should you require it can be found in front of the clubhouse but would need for an approval request from HOA to do so.
