Walk just 0.9 miles to Main Street Hyannis for shopping, museums, and the ferry to Marthaâs Vineyard, or enjoy harborfront restaurants. 2024 renovated home features central AC, new furniture, living room with a gas fireplace, and a new kitchen. Enjoy deck, grill, fire pit and bicycles for a perfect vacation.

Welcome to our newly renovated 2024 home, featuring all-new premium furniture, a brand-new kitchen, and the latest appliances. This charming house is centered around an open living and dining area with a cozy gas fireplace and elegant hardwood floors, perfect for gathering and relaxation.
Our modern kitchen equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and direct access to a spacious fully furnished deck.
Two bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, one with a queen-sized bed, and a fourth bedroom featuring two bunk beds, making it perfect for families or groups.
Enjoy your stay in our beautifully updated home, designed to provide comfort and style for a memorable getaway.
Pet-free vacation property.
Guest can use the entire house except the locked owners closet in the shared bathroom. All outdoor space and bikes are also available for the guests!
