Deltopia on Waterfront New River/Claytor Lake

Enjoy absolute privacy and tranquility. Set on 90 acres with over 2000 feet of flat water frontage on the New River at the headwaters of Claytor Lake. This is an ideal place to enjoy the river or lake.

The house was recently renovated and updated. It has central air and two master suites. An expansive front porch has plenty of seating and a screened in back porch offers more options.

Private boat ramp on the property. Dogs ok with approval ($35 pet fee). Lake/river/ramp use are at guest's own risk. Personal flotation devices are highly recommended given water current.

The space
Situated on 90 remote, wooded acres and with over 2000 feet of water frontage, the location is expansive and private. Abundant wildlife on the property. Bear, deer, herons and bald eagles have been spotted from the front yard.
Guest access
No guest access of the garage. Some closets will be locked on arrival. Boat ramp available for guest use.
Other things to note:
We have NEW Wifi through Starlink (as of 6/15/2025). The speed is up to 100 mbps. Cell service is poor. Verizon users can get some service on the property. Reception is better near the water.

We are pet friendly with pre-approval. Please note that there is a pet fee of $35 per pet during your visit.
