Ocean Views, Steps to Beach, All New, 2 Masters

Welcome to our little slice of paradise, Villa Vilano! Just steps from the ocean, this beautifully remodeled beach home is waiting to help you make your best memories. The house is over 2600 SF with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and over 1,000 SF of decks on 3 levels with views of the ocean, intracoastal and Vilano Causeway Bridge. You can catch both sunrises and sunsets from the top deck!
The location of the house is perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, yet hip. You'll be 1 block from the ocean and a 10 minute walk along the nature path to get to the center of Vilano Beach where there is a Publix, hotels, shops, restaurants, boat rental and pier. It's only a 5 minute walk to our neighborhood pickleball and tennis courts and a 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.

We are avid travelers and have stayed in our share of vacation rentals. We have taken the best appointments from our experiences and tried to incorporate them into your stay. The bedrooms are large and the beds are VERY comfortable (!!). The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances, cookware and utensils, including an induction range. The kitchen is set up for you to enjoy cooking if that's your thing while away from home. If not, there are several restaurant options just minutes away. You will also have a dedicated workspace with high speed internet if you have to intersperse a little work with your play.

There are lots of toys available for your use including a paddle board, boogie board, bikes, pickleball and tennis equipment, beach umbrellas and chairs. There is also a Tesla charger in the garage. There are too many amenities to list here so we encourage you to review the amenity list.

Excellent stay - very close to the beach, the house appears to have received a thoughtful renovation with quality finishings, fully stocked kitchen, and natural light and amenities (beach towels! umbrella! chairs!). One consideration for any property in Vilano area with young kids, there's a fairly busy oceanside road, so be mindful when crossing.

Wonderful clean house perfect for 6 girlfriends for only two nights! Beach was beautiful and wish we could have stayed longer. The kitchen was very well equipped.The only suggestion would be to add a step from the front porch down to the front sidewalk or possibly a hand rail. Also we did not find the extra phone cords in master bath vanity as listed in the notebook. Otherwise 5 stars for this property!

Second time staying here and the property is just the best. It is so obvious a lot of time and effort went into making your stay be comfortable and relaxing. This is a beautiful property!! Love the decor and open floor plan!! We were in St Augustine for a few days for a wedding, but wished we could have stayed for several more days! We greatly appreciated that they keep the boogie boards and a few sand toys available for each guest!! The beach was beautiful and our kids had a great time! This place has it all!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed for the beach, including umbrellas, chairs, a cooler with wheels, etc. The kitchen was outfitted superbly. There was plenty of outdoor space. I noticed too late that there was an outstanding selection of current books. The Internet and streaming worked well. Overall, it is beautifully furnished, and we definitely recommend staying there.

I enjoy travel, hiking, diving, biking and especially good food and wine! Some of my favorite travel spots have been Bermuda, Vail, Hawaii, Greece and Switzerland. Most of my travel involves some sort of outdoor activity and actually spend little time in my room or apartment.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The neighborhood is very quaint with a hip vibe to it. The beaches are beautiful and not crowded and yet it's only a 3 mile walk to the Fort at the center of historic St Augustine.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This house has just been totally remodeled and has all new furniture and appliances. It has a very open floor plan and yet offers plenty of privacy with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs on the main living area. It also has over 1,000 square feet of deck space on 3 different levels with the 3rd level offering views of the ocean, intracoastal and the Vilano Bridge.
