Double master-suite on ground floor and 2 bedrooms, full bath and flex room on the 2nd floor for full privacy for a grown kids with significant others or for the younger kids to have their space so the adults can relax.

Perfect for our group

Really enjoyed our stay! The number of bedrooms/bathrooms was a perfect layout for 6 adults. Loved the heated pool for the time of year and the privacy fence. 2 blocks to the ocean, but need to cross a busy street to get there.

Relaxing

Other than a few minor issues, the house was great. The pool area was very relaxing, and wasn't too far of a walk to the beach. The home was very clean. Would definitely stay here again if ever in town!

Nice location

The house was very nice, clean and communication with the hosts was very good. Location was very good, a short walk to the beach. The heated pool was a good source of relaxation and a place to gather as a family. Only suggestion I would make would be to add dressers to each bedroom. Something small under television would be nice. Living in a house out of a suite case isn’t all that easy. Otherwise nothing bad about this house.

Great House

We had a great time visiting Vilano Beach! We stayed with two families and had plenty of room for all 7 of us. A very quick walk to the beach and plenty of beach toys were great. We enjoyed the heated pool as well. The owners were very responsive at booking and weren’t needed during our stay. Thank you for a nice visit!

This property was a perfect fit for our family. The house is very new, spacious, in a great location to beach and restaurants, and the heated pool was a bonus. The owner was especially quick to respond to any needs or inquiries. We hope to return to this property.

Relaxation +

After so many years of not traveling, this well appointed home was perfect for us. The heated pool will definitely be a mandatory request in our future travels. We were able to cook & grill at home & found some wonderful restaurants (although most were not within walking distance). Enjoyed the city of St.Augustine attractions & beach too. Would definitely return.

An excellent location for a family vacation.

This home is very new and was immaculate. Although it was too cold to swim while we were there, the pool and backyard looked very inviting. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and dishes for the nine guests the house cold accommodate.The beach was just a short walk away. This property is out of the congestion of St.Augustine but you could be there in about a ten minute drive. The neighborhood and area around this property have more of an “Old Florida” feel. There is a major grocery store and nice restaurants very close .

Overall Good Stay

The home is a cute/cozy home which provided the accommodations we needed during our stay. The house does have a private pool, however we were a little disappointed that it wasn’t large enough to actually swim or do laps. The kids did get enjoyment out of hanging out in the pool. Privacy blinds are needed for front door and patio door, neighbors can see inside the home. Overall it is a nice home and enjoyed our stay. There weren’t any issues that a little TLC from housekeeping can’t cure. It was a good stay

Short by sweet.

This was the perfect stop on our 3 night stay in the St. Augustine area. The house had literally everything we needed, was clean, and very convenient. The house was so well thought out; The double masters were great and very convenient for our two family group (4 adults, 5 kids ages 8-13). Each kid was satisfied with their areas, and there was no fighting. The pool is small, but we’ll designed, and a great option for a quick dip in the evenings after our days activities. The house was so well supplied: kitchen items, extra towels and linens, items for littles (we didn’t use them, but saw they were there) and lots of beach supplies (2 wagons, umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. The ONE downside is that you have to cross a decently busy street to get to the beach (very walkable, only 2 blocks), which wasn’t as huge deal. But when carting 9 peoples worth of beach gear, it got interesting! But this was a minor inconvenience. Overall, this has been one of our best rental experiences to date. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute little home. Size and space was perfect for my family of 5 and my Mom. Property management was very responsive from initial inquiries to a few questions while checked in. Home supplied way more than any rental we’ve had w plenty of dish soap, dish washer soap, laundry detergent, and even shampoos and things in the bathrooms. Description stating home is brand new seems a little incorrect. While I don’t know when it was built felt more like a recently updated home in the last few years. Living room furniture and rugs were very small and dirty with blankets over furniture to cover stains which made us not want to lay around and relax. We migrated to backyard most of the time bc of the cleanliness of furniture. Backyard was very nice and pool was great. The nights were getting chilly so we asked property manger if he could warm the pool a little more and he stopped by within 15min and bumped it up for us. Pool was toasty and clean all weekend! We lounged in the pool day and night and truly enjoyed ourselves. Dishes in kitchen were pretty dirty and we had to rewash most everything prior to using. Master shower had mold and loose tiles. The house was close to beach and w beach access path right at A1A. My 18 and 19yr olds loved going over for sunrise and was a quick walk. Overall the house got the job done, ac was great, TV’s got the football we wanted, wifi was great, a Publix grocery store a mile away and we truly enjoyed the pool, gas kitchen and grill.

We had an incredible time and we’re so grateful for such a great property. Communication with the owners was exceptional and they were super responsive. House is SO close to the beach. We walked down to watch the sunrise every morning. We would love to stay here again!

Everything you could ask for. Stayed four nights with family and kids, we wanted for nothing. Everybody was comfortable, the accommodations were perfect, and so much to do without even having to leave the house.
