We really enjoyed our stay! The house was as pictured, clean & comfortable in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The beach was close by, just a short drive a couple of streets over for public parking to beach access. We walked down the street to the inter coastal water way to watch the beautiful sunset. Communication, check in & out was smooth and easy.

This house was a great get-away. It was walking distance to the beach. The pool was a nice option if the beach is not your thing. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen provided most needed supplies. It is close to the grocery store and shopping. All in all, we had a great stay.

House was perfect for our needs very spacious..had everything we needed. Might consider adding a baking sheet to the cooking utensils. Although we were not able to use pool due to weather, pool looked inviting. Quite neighborhood.

Great house, bigger than it looked in the pictures! Easy, flat quarter mile walk to the beach. Excellent, easy beach access with not many around. Pool was a little small, but was nice and chilled so you relax at a comfortable water temperature! Would gladly return!

Comfortable Retreat

This home is exceptionally clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and all the beds were reported to be quite comfortable by our group. Kudos to management who was almost instantaneous in their responses to my multiple inquiries. A bonus was enjoying a wonderfully delicious dinner at Aunt Kate’s, the neighborhood restaurant.

Over the long July 4th weekend we enjoyed a good family stay at the Vilano Beach Escape. The location in a peaceful neighborhood was great: close to the beach, St. Augustine, a Publix store, and several restaurants. We rented a golf cart, which made getting around fun and easy. We enjoyed the pool. Messages to the host and property manager were answered immediately. Many thanks!

Great location in having two options - pool and beach entry super close by. There were somemisses at check in - dirty pots and pool toys, broken living room clock.Would recommend some type of ottoman or coffee book table for the main couch. We enjoyed our stay.

Arriving to cookware and pool toys that were not clean, and to a broken clock, is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we are sorry that is how your week began. The suggestion of a coffee table or ottoman for the main seating area is a good one and we are glad to have it. We are pleased the location and the easy run to both the pool and the beach still made for a stay you enjoyed.

St Augustine

Great location. Short walk to the beach and located near St. Aug historic district which has plenty of food options and things to do. The house had plenty of space and was clean and had all the amenities needed. 3 bathrooms and the bedrooms were good size.
