Profitez du paradis dans le luxe. Ce condo en front de mer, avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains, offre une vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique depuis son balcon privé situé à l’extérieur du salon et de la chambre principale. Il y a un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, des lits jumeaux dans la chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Les installations des South Seas Towers comprennent une grande piscine chauffée, une salle de remise en forme, des courts de tennis, des quais pour bateaux et une garde sécurisée pour la vie privée.

Que vous choisissiez des vacances tranquilles ou des aventures emballées, il existe une multitude d'activités à distance de marche. À la plage de Tigertail, montez dans la tour d'observation pour observer les meilleurs oiseaux du sud-ouest de la Floride. Vous pouvez aussi pêcher, louer un kayak ou une planche de pagaie pour explorer le lagon de marée qui sépare la plage de Tigertail de la plage étroite et préservée du front du golfe de Sand Dollar Spit. Il y a un stand de concession qui propose la location de matériel de plage, de la nourriture et des boissons ainsi qu'une aire de jeux. Bons moments et lignes de bronzage!

Great location, condo for a family

Everything was great, just as advertised. Very easy check-in, etc. Wonderful time for a family on the beach. Mosquitoes in summer :(

Girls Trip

This was our first time in Marco and we loved how clean and well maintained everything is. I would recommend it for a relaxing vacation. We found lots of very nice shells on our morning walks.

The property was good, the views were amazing.

The unit is in a wonderful location within the property. The views were amazing! Our disappointment was only that the owners seem to do just the bare minimum with the property to serve as a rental. It has ENORMOUS potential - but the bedding and linens should be updated - it is just time! The VCR and cassette players need to go - it’s just time! A little bit of updating and this VRBO would have gotten 5 stars. Also, if you’re coming with your family, depending on the ages of your kids, our teenagers didnt enjoy it as much because it is more of an elderly location. Not that that is a bad thing, it was just our experience with our teenagers! ;)

Nice Place, Problem with Facility

Lots of problem with the Facility. 45 minute delay to get onto the property as they checked in cars. Arrive at unit @ 4pm and it had not been cleaned. Pool was closed for a day. Facility turned off the water for 2 hours. The unit, once cleaned was nice as advertised. The beach buggy, chairs and umbrella were lacking for the price paid. Not sure I would stay @ South Seas Towers again. Mark

Please keep in mind that this is season on Marco Island and we can not control the access in and out of the Towers. We will make the owner aware of the beach gear. Nice View

This was very clean and spacious space. The walk to the beach was a pretty good hike when trying to carry everything you need for the day with you. The beds in our unit need to be upgraded for sure. Overall we enjoyed our stay just wish we slept better!

The people that are in charge of the pool are rude and disrespectful she targeted my son for 4 days

The condo itself was nice and pretty it was just the people around the pool and at the grocery stores was just rude and disrespectful

Fun Stay in Marco

This condo was exactly as described in the VRBO ad. The views were spectacular from the 10th floor. The owner and property manager were very easy to work with and responsive. One thing they could improve on was to have extra toilet paper & garbage bags and to update some of the beach accessories available. The beach is beautiful but the walk to get there is long (7-10 min) which can be an issue for some people. Overall we had a great stay.

Regarding paper products, the cleaners leave enough to get you started (one tp per bathroom and paper towels). Well equipped, great view

Probably the best view in South Seas tower 3 or 4. This unit looks south and you can see the whole beach. Couldn't see the sunsets from the balcony but we went to the beach for that. Overall great accommodation for family of 4 with 2 teenage girls. The living room also had a pull-out couch that we didn't use. Equipped with lots of stuff to borrow for beach (chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.) also. The unit could use some minor updates (metal closet doors jammed and came off tracks, TV display shelf too small for TV, beds not super comfortable, etc.), but overall we loved the location and the view!

Our condo in Southseas was beautiful and spotless. The views were second to none. We had just an incredible week! Marco is our favorite vacation spot.

Great for cooking

This unit has a great view and is nicely furnished. We spent two weeks there during Covid and cooked all of our own meals. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we wanted/needed including colander, garlic press and cookie sheet. The knives were even sharp which is not a sure-thing in rentals. Thanks!

How I spent my Christmas vacation

My wife and I had a terrific time at this beautiful oceanfront condo. I guess I didn’t realize that I would have to go to a 2nd location to get the keys. I missed the email from October from Re/max affinity plus rentals with those details. But life might be too boring without a little drama now and then. We had a wonderful time dining, sailing on a sunset cruise and even went to the wrong restaurant last night. It turned out to better than any! Thank you for sharing this beautiful condo.
