Profitez de vues inoubliables sur la plage de Marco et une grande partie de l'île de Marco depuis ce condominium récemment rénové et spacieux de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Promenez-vous à proximité de la plage de Tigertail et de la réserve faunique, ou le long des célèbres belles plages de sable blanc de Marco jusqu'au JW Marriott et aux sites en bord de mer. L'association de condos offre une grande piscine chauffée, des courts de tennis et de cornichons, des quais pour bateaux, Internet, le câble, une laverie et se trouve dans une communauté fermée et sécurisée. Le condo lumineux et gai de 1140 pieds carrés a une grande cuisine ouverte / salon avec 55 'TV intelligente et des portes-fenêtres donnant sur une véranda avec une vue imprenable sur la plage de 3 miles jusqu'au cap Marco. Les sols sont nouvellement carrelés et les bains et la cuisine ont été rénovés avec des appareils en acier inoxydable. La suite parentale privée / salle de bain avec portes-fenêtres donnant sur la véranda et la passerelle d'entrée avant offrent une vue imprenable sur Marco Island et les levers de soleil car ce condo a une exposition et des vues à l'est et au sud-ouest. Chariot de plage, glacières, chaises et parasols et serviettes de plage sont tous à votre disposition. L'île de Marco offre de superbes plages, l'observation de la faune et des oiseaux, la pêche, la navigation de plaisance, et tant d'activités et d'attractions à apprécier, ou tout simplement vous détendre et profiter du rythme plus lent que l'île de Marco vous offre. The design and decor of the condo was perfect! We really felt at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, all the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the balcony had a gorgeous view of the sand and ocean! Tim called twice just to check on us and see if we needed anything. He also answered my texts immediately! Loved everything and would love to come back again!

We were there right after you were and updated some furniture adding some benches. With the table, 6 chairs, 2 barstools, 3 beds and 2 dressers, sofa and love seat and many end tables already there, we are not sure where we would put more furniture. We like to keep an open area for the beach wagon. Also the bedding has been refreshed. I hope you enjoyed the Gulf and beach view and activities and many good restaurants there on Marco Island.

Amazing Vacation

Great views both of the City and the Gulf. Owner had great communication. We enjoyed daily swims in the refreshing pool, played pickleball with friendly competition and found numerous players to challenge in bocce ball. We would definitely stay here again.

Julie was looking for a great view of the Gulf and our condo exceeds expectations. And the catwalk entry has visas over the island on the other side. Even on days that the weather is cooler, the sunny lanai offers protection from the wind and a day in the 60's feels more like 80 there. Also, I strive to keep my Marco home well supplied for myself and my guests. Book a trip and you will see.

Wonderful Stay at Marco Island!

Tim and was a wonderful host, providing detailed information and being in communication with us. The condo was beautiful, clean, and just as described. The views were unmatched, with easy access to the beach and all things Marco. I highly recommend anyone who is visiting the area to stay at Tim's condo! We can't wait to come back!

Our annual get away

We look forward to our annual, mid winter get away; Tim and Michelle make the process effortless. The condo is lovely and as described. We love our morning coffee on the balcony, the easy walk to the ocean front and friendliness staff and other vacationers! We’ll be back!

May Getaway

We stayed for two weeks in May. Typically, we stay in the St. Pete area, but our plans changed due to hurricane damage. This condo was exactly as advertised. The view of the huge beachfront was amazing. The unit was fairly spacious and had everything we needed. Our host checked in with us prior to arrival, and answered the very few questions that came up. We plan to return in the future.
